I don't know what the frequency difference does, but I have been sleeping to this and love it, but sometimes the volume dynamic wakes me. A more stable volume would be an incredible adjustment.
I don’t understand the frequencies but while I loved this, at times the sound woke me or was too “ high a pitch?” Which hurts my only hearing ear🫨 . Thank you for making the effort to produce for us. Dont say its your disease. You have it than. The disease is evil and is not a part of you. In your mind throw all negative thoughts away. God wants to heal but the human must open his heart and has to become mentally empty and clear for new, good things in life.
Gosh, this is soooo soothing. I’d love to have more like this, also 174hz and 528hz. I deal with a lot of chronic pain and find 174 very helpful, especially when trying to sleep. Can’t always trust things on YT to not have subliminal stuff thrown in.
