It's actually Satin Spar, not Selenite, however most stores sell it as Selenite. Very similar qualities for each, but real Selenite forms in large, flat, clear sheets almost like a plate.

In regard to your final question. My son struggles to fall asleep at night too. He's on the spectrum as well. It has been a lot of trial and error to get to where I am at with him going to bed at night. Every night is different but I've found that any kind of stimulation leading into bedtime makes it much more difficult for him to fall asleep. If he eats anything an hour beforehand it's the same deal. But the main thing I have found to really help is if I keep lights on right up to bedtime and then shut all of the lights off, instead of low light or dim lighting leading up to bedtime. If I keep it rather bright and then go right from that to dark, he falls asleep within 5-10 minutes as opposed to sitting up for well over an hour past bedtime. I've found that he will stare intently at any light, even a night light or light coming from the hall and it takes much longer for him to fall asleep.
Hopefully this helps a little. ❤

Crystals or stones are absolutely amazing. They all serve different purposes, and the energy can be very healing. Amethyst is a calming stone, good for sadness, irritability, rage, fear, etc. I think black tourmaline would be a great stone as well, helping to ground and balance your energy field (also a great stone for EMF protection!) Clear Quartz acts as an energy enhancer when paired with any stone. Rose quartz is great for balancing your emotional health and self love. The "selenite" they have listed at the store there is actually Satin Spar, however it is typically sold as Selenite. They have very similar qualities promoting peace and calm, and mental clarity. Selenite is actually more rare though, clear, flat, plate like.

To help my little guy who's on the spectrum with sleep here's a few things I do. Cut out sugars and dyes especially in the second half of the day. No screens for 2 hours or longer before bed. Giving a warm bath with Epsom salt before bed, keeping the lights dim, soft music playing. You can also try a white noise machine. Try to keep the bedtime routine the same every night so he starts to associate these things with sleep. And lastly by not least, give yourself grace. You're doing a great job. ❤

The main thing I found to help was just a same routine every night. I used to also make an essential oil pillow spray. In a glass spray bottle I would use a few drops each of Cedarwood, Lavender, and Juniper berry essential oils, a pinch of Epsom salts and fill with water. Shake and spray their pillows a few time with the sleepytime spray before laying down. Diffusing could be another option.

    And love crystals 🔮
The one you picked up is selenite, it is a crystals that clears and lens othe crystals and is a healer crystal, clear quartz is also a healing stone, also named the master healer
And there is so much more to learn, and it is one thing I can do to help clear my mind While rearranging them and placing them, absorbing thier energy and vibrations.

"HI TO EVERYONE" the BEST@! Thank you for sharing this video. Just the best. You are amazing parents to keep doing things together as a family, It is obvious how much that means to the kids. I don't give a rip about what you are wear but I DO like how you wear normal clothes and not super trending stuff. The opening hairdo? STELLAR> LOL SELENITE!!! I love it. My fave crystal because you never have to cleanse it...self-clearing Super Powerful. The wands are great to just sweep over your entire body like a couple inches away to clear your whole field. Amethyst is great just to keep you connected to the more expanded part of yourself. . I would say get a crystal for self-love and connection and worth so that you don't have to worry so much about "boundaries" because you are the biggest the field in the room and can hold that solid no matter what.

So it's letting them know it's okay, the days done, a weighted blanket is often said to help an my little girl likes to listen to storys or kids meditation. It's hard an the kids look happy. So you guys must be doing something right. ❤

Have you tried a weighted blanket? (Pick one that's specifically for his age group, those for adults are probably a bit too heavy.)

My son doesn't like the weighted blankets either. But I have found that he sleeps better with two blankets instead of one. One regular comforter and one fleece. With the fleece on top it kind of acts like a weighted blanket but just not so much pressure and weight. I usually have him dressed in just a tag-less t shirt because he doesn't like the feeling of his p.js riding up his legs while he's trying to sleep too.

Always wanted to come and aee what i was watching so i got her a big pile of books and said to her i will be bck in just two mins you read that book and you can tell me what happened when i got back obviously ahe has no concept of time so i would appear at 2 mins. 5 mins maybe ten mins eventually she would be so tired she would be fast asleep with the book in her own bed so the parents were happy cos she would usually end up in theirs if i wasnt babysitting for the attention. 😊 Could be an idea with some different picrure books.

Stephen is quite clearly unstable. every time you send your children off alone with him you’re putting them at risk for more emotional damage. Not okay.

Sorry, I'm not on other social media sites. I have a 10 year old, autistic, ADHD, limited verbal daughter with apraxia. Sleeping through the night has been difficult the past 5 years or so. I use a Harkla compression sheet on her mattress with a weighted blanket on top. I have tried Melatonin but her issue is staying asleep not falling asleep. I have tried essential oils but didn't see much of a difference. I do keep a sound machine on all night with either white noise or wave sounds which does help since she is a very light sleeper. I also noticed Alfie holding his ears in a later birthday video. My daughter wears headphones which has helped tremendously while out in public and even to calm her at home when she's dysregulated. She prefers to listen to her music with child proof headphones where the volume isn't too loud. There are also noise cancelling headphones for kids. I hope this helps. If there are any questions please let me know.
