Waise hamare Indian's ko forigne jate hi khane se pehle toilet ki tention ho jati hai ki kaha karenge or dhone ke liye paani milega ya nahi. Bhai saaf si baat hai yeh tissue paper hamare desi logo ke bass ka nahi hai. Humko in the end paani hi chahiye nahi to toilet me bisleri ki bottal lekar jate achhe bhi to nahi lagte. 😂

Emirates is one of the best airlines actually. They are very accomodating with luggage issues.

In India we can buy a lot of sub standard quality bags.. was it of any genuine brand? Its surprising if the airport is willing to pay for all types of bags.
No customer is required to carry any genuine brand, they can carry whatever brand they like and it is airlines and terminal's duty to carry the bags with care without breaking.
We also travelled from same airline and same thing happened with our bag
