Nice Find l found 7 of those Mth Husky Stackcars for 80.00 bucks I couldn't believe it 7 for 80.00 bucks and 1 has the End device blinking light 😀 thanks for Sharing Show 😊
It was great meeting you as well and again congratulations on finding those Atlas O flat cars. It's the first time I have ever seen them at a train show for sale.
Anyone that says the hobby is dying, clearly isn’t watching what’s been happening on UA-cam, Instagram and Facebook. So many new people are getting into the hobby or are getting more involved in it.
Another great video Shawn. It was great seeing you again. The show was smaller but definitely had a great turnout. There were lots of great deals. Thank you for sharing the deal that I got.
Thanks for recording this "virtual" train show. I would have loved to go, but unfortunately, my migraines have started acting up, and it's not safe for me to drive right now.
It's always been the goal of Dakman Productions to bring the show to those who can't attend for some reason. At least you could see the show in the comfort of your home. Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for bringing us to this one Shawn, and for your excellent coverage! Yes, from what I've seen the O Gauge hobby is far from finished and show attendence is definately UP. Ten years ago I'd go to a show and I'd be "The Kid" at 60! Now I'll be 70 in a few weeks and I can say there's definately a lot of young families and young people at train shows now, much more than in the past. And that's a good thing!
@@radarditti560 Thanks so much! I'll tell you, for someone who's about to turn 70 I feel pretty darn good. Then again nobody's told me what 70's supposed to feel like! And a (premature) happy birthday to you!
@@Dakman You know, the R&N's Pacific #425 is painted blue already. MAYBE they could be persuaded to slap a big Conrail sticker on the tender for special occasions?
I live in florida and we really dont get the big shows. What train show would you recommend i travel to and what time of the year if I went to the biggest and best one time. Thanks for video.
This depends on what scale that you like. For instance if you like O gauge the TCA Eastern Division York show in the fall is the best as wellas Allentown Train Meet in the winter. If you like smaller scales then Amherst which is only once a year. You won't be disappointed with any three of those shows and they are huge.
Normally I shoot videos on Saturday if it's a two day show then the goal is to get at least one video published on UA-cam by the next day Sunday. So my videos are Normally posted the next day after I attend. Sometimes I do burn out and it may take 2 days to produce everything.
You done a WONDERFUL JOB. I live out here in Yelm Washington State if you can give me your email address I have something I like to send you pictures of that I’m been looking for over 30 years
Really enjoyed this one. Thank you for all that you do for our hobby.
Glad you enjoyed it

Big show but I get the idear that there were few sales,so much is riding on high priced plastic items, but a good location to spend a lazy afternoon .

It's a great thing seeing more people getting involved with the model train hobby and also getting involved with UA-cam showing the hobby.
Sean look forward to seeing you at the LCCA booth in York and Allentown. Great video
Thanks much. Looking forward to Allentown and the TCA

Definitely some great deals and anyone who says it’s a dying hobby obviously has never attended a train show.
I have seen the crowds grow at every show that I attended
Great video Shawn! At Jim Thorpe seeing T-1 2102.
Ask them if they would consider painting it blue and making it a Conrail memorial unit lol

@Dakman o scale. I have a 27 by 24 layout. The local shows really didn't have anything like I saw in your videos. Thanks for the info.
Shawn, who is the dealer at 5:25? Interested in the Atlas O Potash Hopper?
Making sure, when do u record these vids ?
