Is newspapper enough to make notes on daliy basis for current affair or internatinal relation? 2-how we can extract notes from reseach papper because they are to lengthy ?
The best way is to get through Abstract first. That will save you a lot of time since you will know 1. If the research paper is actually of any use in the first place 2. How many components of research papers are important for your study Now since every research paper is divided into different segments with headings, you will know what to study and what not. I joined NOA for 2 months. Joining academy or not entirely depends on your level of awareness for CSS. Since I had zero idea regarding it when i starter my prep, I joined it.

Once you do that, you will know what kind of information you need from books and other resources.
