When I lost my mother to cancer last year, the last thing I did was spend time on UA-cam participating in drama. The only evidence of his online existence is bashing Amy Slaton and carrying on the Paracord drama. The 'family' wants privacy, but they are encouraging Paracord's name to be related to Amy Slaton drama on a daily basis. It stinks.
And to be honest, Amy Slaton would easily fall for it if it is a gimmick. The last thing someone dying of stage iv cancer would do is donate money their family would need to cover expenses to someone needing a casket. No way would someone choose Amy Slaton's casket drama over the needs of their own family. Seriously, how did she explain to her family that they would have to dig into their own pockets because she wanted to be selfless and send Amy Slaton (which at that point in time wasn't exactly winning people over) money for her sister's casket. Oh, I agree with you. I think she has learned how to manipulate people to send her things, but she clearly is uneducated. She doesn't have a normal range of vocabulary one would expect from someone her age. She doesn't have adequate reading skills either. Though she does know how to get by without putting effort into anything. Whether it's baking a cake or putting makeup on, she puts as little effort as possible into what she does. She also expects handouts, otherwise she wouldn't have a PO Box. Though it's also clear she can be easily manipulated. When I first watched her when she recorded videos with her sister, I picked up on the 'smoking' lie immediately and had to scrap sending them a box of gifts I had collected. People were catching on to them both before Casket-Gate, and I think the only reason people stick up for her, shower her with gifts, is because of all the negativity being thrown at her. Aspen Robinson if someone wants to give someone that much makeup they should donate it to an abused woman's shelter or programs that prepare women transitioning back into the work force. So many struggling women and women with children can't afford luxuries like this and we all need an emotional boost like this at times.

And I can tell you from experience in volunteering ANY toiletries and even feminine hygiene products (those are $$$$ when you have nothing) are always greatly needed and appreciated. This might sound weird to some, but at X-Mas and post X-Mas I try to take advantage of those cheaper ELF gift sets at Target, the shaving sets, body wash sets etc..Sometimes you can get them for 5 bucks on clearance, and I include that in my donation of gently worn clothing (especially nice "professional" work outfits rather than sweats and T-shirts), tampons, soap, toothpaste/brushes, and, dep. on the shelter, non perishable food. Having make-up, half way decent clothing, and smelling good might sound like "luxury" to some, but having those items and the self esteem boost that they can give, is very much helpful for some of these women on job interviews and just in life in general. Giving anything to Amy Slaton now that her M.O. has been exposed is foolish. You might as well throw your money into the fire and spit in a homeless person's face. Need and want are not synonymous.

I think everyone who is concerned about Paracord can donate a dollar or more in her memory to help the family. Though no one knows her real name, where she lives, or anything. No death notice posted online, no obituary that allows donations to be made to the funeral home or to the family directly. I'm starting to think Paracord is a catfish created to build a bandwagon for everyone to use as faux drama as an excuse to harass a clearly developmentally challenged woman. Everyone who beats their chest in Paracords name can afford a dollar to give to her family. Just post an official obituary on whichever funeral home her family used for funeral services which identify her as a real person, allowing donations to be made to the family through the funeral home. Cremated or buried, funeral homes post notices of every deceased person, the newspapers do too. It is no excuse to say her family wants privacy. That would mean everyone who mentions Paracord is disrespecting the family. I would love to make a donation in her honor, if she is proven to be a real person, I will do so. Until then I don't think Paracord's real name will be revealed, much less that a legit obituary with her photo exists. She will continue to be an enigma, with the only one to vouch for her existence being a profile recently created by someone posing as her son, who only has a cropped photo of a young man's back to the camera, with a digital footprint of exclusively fueling the Paracord drama against Amy. When I lost my mother to cancer last year, the last thing I did was spend time on UA-cam participating in drama. The only evidence of his online existence is bashing Amy Slaton and carrying on the Paracord drama. The 'family' wants privacy, but they are encouraging Paracord's name to be related to Amy Slaton drama on a daily basis. It stinks.

The last thing someone dying of stage iv cancer would do is donate money their family would need to cover expenses to someone needing a casket. No way would someone choose Amy Slaton's casket drama over the needs of their own family. Oh, I agree with you. I think she has learned how to manipulate people to send her things, but she clearly is uneducated. She doesn't have a normal range of vocabulary one would expect from someone her age. She doesn't have adequate reading skills either. Though she does know how to get by without putting effort into anything. Whether it's baking a cake or putting makeup on, she puts as little effort as possible into what she does. She also expects handouts, otherwise she wouldn't have a PO Box. Though it's also clear she can be easily manipulated. When I first watched her when she recorded videos with her sister, I picked up on the 'smoking' lie immediately and had to scrap sending them a box of gifts I had collected. People were catching on to them both before Casket-Gate, and I think the only reason people stick up for her, shower her with gifts, is because of all the negativity being thrown at her. And I can tell you from experience in volunteering ANY toiletries and even feminine hygiene products (those are $$$$ when you have nothing) are always greatly needed and appreciated. This might sound weird to some, but at X-Mas and post X-Mas I try to take advantage of those cheaper ELF gift sets at Target, the shaving sets, body wash sets etc..Sometimes you can get them for 5 bucks on clearance, and I include that in my donation of gently worn clothing (especially nice "professional" work outfits rather than sweats and T-shirts), tampons, soap, toothpaste/brushes, and, dep. on the shelter, non perishable food. Having make-up, half way decent clothing, and smelling good might sound like "luxury" to some, but having those items and the self esteem boost that they can give, is very much helpful for some of these women on job interviews and just in life in general. Giving anything to Amy Slaton now that her M.O. has been exposed is foolish. You might as well throw your money into the fire and spit in a homeless person's face. Need and want are not synonymous.

I think everyone who is concerned about Paracord can donate a dollar or more in her memory to help the family. Though no one knows her real name, where she lives, or anything. No death notice posted online, no obituary that allows donations to be made to the funeral home or to the family directly. I'm starting to think Paracord is a catfish created to build a bandwagon for everyone to use as faux drama as an excuse to harass a clearly developmentally challenged woman.
Everyone who beats their chest in Paracords name can afford a dollar to give to her family. Just post an official obituary on whichever funeral home her family used for funeral services which identify her as a real person, allowing donations to be made to the family through the funeral home. Cremated or buried, funeral homes post notices of every deceased person, the newspapers do too.
It is no excuse to say her family wants privacy. That would mean everyone who mentions Paracord is disrespecting the family. I would love to make a donation in her honor, if she is proven to be a real person, I will do so. Until then I don't think Paracord's real name will be revealed, much less that a legit obituary with her photo exists. She will continue to be an enigma, with the only one to vouch for her existence being a profile recently created by someone posing as her son, who only has a cropped photo of a young man's back to the camera, with a digital footprint of exclusively fueling the Paracord drama against Amy.
Until she's proven to actually exist, she will continue being the woman with terminal cancer, who donated so much money to a stranger that it put her in financial hardship, leaving her family to struggle to pay for her final expenses. She donated money that would go to her family to a complete stranger who at that time was already being questioned for her motives. Doesn't look pretty when you say it for what it is.
