Cost himself so much money. Had he played his Raiders deal he’d have made $39M more for the three seasons than he did. And maintaining his production he’d have gotten another 2-3 year deal after that from somebody probably at close to that same amount but even if you that he had his pay cut in half for the three years after the raiders deal he’d have had another $24M on top. Conservatively he may have cost himself $60M+ in NFL pay alone not to mention endorsements he’d have had if he was behaving. Absurd to imagine just how much money he took from himself acting the way he did.
