Great video! Jitter is one of those things that audiophiles online will claim up and down is an issue that they can hear, but when you actually look at the numbers the vast majority of jitter is well below the noise floor of the dynamic range of CDs.
You didn't like the JitterBug and I respect your opinion on this. However, I suggest all of the folks interested in optimizing their audio to give it a try. I like mine very much and hope for a USB-C version to come some day.
Remember the day, the people of CLabs used to discourage the use of amplified speakers because they mentioned that the noise intro. by the sound card will add to the noise intro. by the amps. of the speakers, at this point in time, I believe them, but finding non amplified speakers has become even more challenging, having a passive filter to reduce the noise ratio makes little sense.
Hey bro, can you review the fx-audio dac x6? I got this dac/amp combo and found it to be way better than the fosi k5 pro in terms of noise at a cheaper price. But I would like to see how well it measures up on your rightmark benchmark. It even has replaceable op amps. Would appreciate it if you could review it.
