Before I retired as a officer sgt myself, people were always asking me why I hated my work, it wasn't the work it was the coworkers, and now they see why.
My sentiment exactly. I was basically forced into early retirement for not following the crowd. I have some good horror stories about how they treated me my last couple of years. I didn't even get a retirement ceremony after 22 years in the same department.
