1. Slice 3 potatoes thinly.
2. Wash the shredded potatoes once, soak them in water for 20 minutes, then wash them again and shake off the water.
(I heard that potato starch is lost, so it becomes crispier...!)
3. Add 2T of pancake powder and 1/5T of flavored salt and mix.
4. Place mozzarella cheese on shredded potatoes in a frying pan with cooking oil.
5. Add 2 cheddar cheeses and condensed milk and it's done!
