i was a young Pastor, who left the ministry(bcoz i was attracted to the things of this world, money and women) left the church and even Jesus, i almost didn't believe in Him. i ended up deep in sin, did drugs, dealt drugs, was arrested, got out became a serious junkie. no one wanted me, even family couldn't stand me. i ended up loosing my mind. But i tell you Jesus is King. He has restored my life completely. i even feel better of a person now than when i was a pastor. God is real, just give your whole life to Him and you will see. Sure is. I've been single over three years. Even though my intentions wanting a girlfriend are good , kind caring honest, there's always that way of seeing a woman if you're physically attracted to her. Which is easy to tell. Because I'm a Christian, I'm thinking should I only find a girlfriend who is also Christian so we can both be pure and avoid as much lustful sins as possible. If I could find a woman who's prepared to be together with complete honesty and trust, and just enjoy quality time together with out the intimate part until marriage, I guess that would better. But we all know just how difficult it is. On this earth it seems so normal for couples to be together and be commit fornication and adultery, it's just being a Christian mow I know what I've done has been a sin. You are in a battle for your soul (we all are) and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions. If you realize that you are trapped in sin and need to be delivered, knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15, 1 Corinthians 10:13). God's grace will help you to do that (Titus 2:11-14) and He will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing Him above all and you trust that He will deliver you. Sexual sins are the worse next to murder while being saved. The continuos guilt, condemnation, fear and financial problems plague you daily if you can't break away from this sin. Whether it's porn, living with somebody in a sexual relationship you not married to, or just plain out lustfully thinking of the next "hit" of sexual encounter, is just so degrading and make you feel so dirty because nobody else knows what's going on in your heart. This contamination leaves you powerless and prayerless. I have left the church, and has found it difficult to get back to the body of Christ because only a certain percentage of people can enter the church if you are member. Please help and pray for me and countless other men that's in this situation.

@@jaycee5058 I had two dreams of jesus: One was when i walked outh from my house and i saw a bright light and that light was Jesus, and on the left was the moon grey as rock and on the right was the moon small and red. Then i suddenly was at the place where i saw Jesus in the dream and i looked upon the mountain and saw tge same moon but the sun was on the left. The second dream i was running beside Jesus as he (Jesus) with his crow and white horse coming down from the sky and i feelt presence of other ceatures (which may be angels) and suddenly i was at my home on the ground watching Jesus return and i gott scared and ran upon the mountain. .
From me as a teen, before I was exposed to this sexual stuff when younger. Everyday it stuck with me, every time I was alone the idea popped up and had pleasure. Even when I was caught I kept doing it, and now I see myself at stage 4 and just pray to keep the convenient between my eyes. At school I’m a different person, yet alone I’m different. I know someone who looks likes and acts now because he had a girlfriend who cheated and hurt him so bad. He's afraid of love so he runs out on the person he's with when he feels he's getting too close right. What he does is runs away so he will go the the next victim and hurt the one he's with and he has no remorse at all and doesn't apologize or own up to it ...she finds out the they break up cause he gets caught up and breaks up but to him he's done nothing wrong...he won't man up to nothing .. he will look at you at tell you he don't know what your talking about. Now he keeps hurting all these females now tell me why he died this because he's been there he knows the hurt and pain he went and is still going through .....when does it stop.when does it end because you see I am one of those woman that he hurt now I have a different Outlook on any man I use to want marriage .I been praying to God asking him to help me with that situation. I'm a strong believer in God you see he lives in my his angels are all around me he has two big 7 foot tall angels on each side of me to guard me and to protect me . He confirm messages through a lady I don't know from Adam..her first video to me was telling me it's my time. The reason being is that I'm sick and the doctor's are trying to pin point what's wrong with me. I am one of God's chosen. I can write a book if I'm able to on what I'm going through and I know what's yet to come. I wanted to meet my last and live the rest of my life that I had to live I wanted it all with all my heart. I get with this person and he hurt me like this I never thought he would ever do this to me so now I have a different Outlook on men. Now I tell myself I don't care if I'm alone for the rest of my life that I have to live.....I still have God with me and Im talking to him about it. He's answered some but nt all you see he knew this guy was toxic fior me he gave me all kind of signs that I knew of but I fell in love with this guy and now look .I'm getting over it because God's GIVING me his strength to. I now tell my self I'm not looking but if God sends me some husband type of a honest true to me Man I will accept that ....it's just I had to go through all this hurt and pain and lies after lies and prayers that I still want it but not like I did before ....it's different. My question is when is he going to stop what is gonna happen to him to where he will stop hitting all these women.....I'm a strong one and God has me with everything I go through but what if there's someone that's weak or young or don't know better .....I really care about them and what a mess of there life he will cause them.....I'm blessed and honored by God.there so much more I can tell you that I'm going through. This should be taken very seriously. I lost my husband who died addicted to sex/porn. Imagine being on your death bed begging for forgiveness. The fear in his eyes, the shame he carried with him to his grave. Most of his secrets I discovered after his death. If you struggle with sexual immortality find an escape from it. Realistically it hurts everyone around you. He had a detached retina, very scary and painful, taking weeks to heal. It didn't stop there other health complications reared up putting him in hospital for 59 days bedridden until death. He just couldn't or wouldn't break free, always hiding out with his addiction. Porn robs of Intimacy and kills love and relationships I know because it killed mine.
TRUTH Rhonda!! Sadly, people don't make the connection between sin and chrses/consequences in general, and fail to connect the dots with sexual sin and curses in one's life. The Scriptures says that when you fornicate, you sin AGAINST YOUR OWN Body. "Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). God has something in store for whoremongers AND adulterers. Being single for over ten solid years (not dating a soul in over ten years) has caught up to me. I ask Christs spirit in to my life and keep me pure for Him. It frustrates me beyond belief when I hear married pastors say dumb stuff like, “just don’t think it” or “just do this…,just do that….” Like it’s just sooo easy. They have an “outlet” right there when they need their needs met. I do not watch unholy things on internet or tv or anything. I don’t sleep around. I don’t flirt. I do struggle, however. 🤦🏻♀️😢. Being single for over a decade is a choice for me. The demonic spirits know I love the Lord and want to ruin my salvation.

Guys, this is a huge problem that I have been struggling with for multiple years now because I stopped going to church. I recently became a christian again but I am struggling with this sin and I feel like complete garbage every time I give in. I've had enough at this point but I'm extremely weak and have a hard time resisting. Please pray for me so I can overcome this sooner rather than later. I understand you. I have the same problem with sexual sin. I have felt just as you. One really thinks if there is an escape for the reocurring sin. It's tough, awfully tough, one really feels like in a no way out hallway. But THERE IS a hope. And that hope is not a thing, but a person: Jesus Christ. The more we look onto his perfection, the more we will hate whatever oposses or attacks such beauty. Getting close to Jesus is the real way out from this. Justification broke the chains of sin from our hearts, and now sanctification is what is going to remove our attraction to it, and make us ''sinfobic'', so we finally can have peace in our hearts, and perfect trust in Jesus, and walking in His steps. ‘‘Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation’’ (2 Co. 5:17-18). When we are made new creatures through the conversion, we are reconciled with God, and we move from death to life (Jn. 6:47), and now peace is the relationship between us and God (Ro. 5:1; 10:9). And, since the law (the same law that says: Thou shalt not commit adultery) is written in the heart of God (Ps. 40:8), it is certainly impossible to be reconciled with God and, at the same time, not be reconciled with the law. Therefore, being our hearts put in harmony with the law, and being sin transgression of the law, the power of sin in our hearts it's broken. No more slaves to sin, as it is written: ''And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness'' (Ro. 6:18). It's not just a clean slate, an erasing of my sin record in the books of heaven and then a formal declaration of God that I'm no longer imputed of sin. But rather a complete turning around in my heart. And this since in creation when God said: ''let there be light'', the light was created. The word of God has the ability to create what it says. And since God *declares* me just through believing, I *get* just. And since justice and sin are opossed, my nature gets opossed to sin, and this loses its power over me. Christ is a complete saviour. And if we want the remnant of the chains he broke get lost, and our attraction to wear those grills again, be vanished, we need to get near His presence. My friend, I passed (and keep passing) through where you're passing. I was a complete slave of sexual sin, and I can say a real change came to my life, when I started reading the bible periodically. I first started 2 times per week, 1 chapter of proverbs, or 30 verses times 2. And then my need of reading increased, and in that way I came to read the bible daily. Now I don't read it daily (and because of that, many times I have fallen) but I try to be in contact with it daily (don't conform with that, please. I don't want you to suffer what I have suffered. I'm still in this fight, and that is the counsel i can give to you. I wan't to recover the daily habit, so don't give any foot of ground to Satan. We have to let God kill sin in us, or sin will separate us from God, and ultimately, kill us). I counsel you to do the same. A profound lecture, just dedicating to read the bible in a specific time of your day. Set a time. I read the bible and then I felt hugely nourished. And then the same amount of verses I read, didn't nourish me like before, and then i added more verses, and reached that huge nourishing again. And that kept happening, until the daily habit. My dear friend, don't let a day to pass without being in contact with the bible, make a road to it. With bible reading, which enhanced my prayers, and felt more of the presence of God in them thanks to it; and constant prayer, you will succeed. There is no sin or habit to which Christ hasn't made provision. He bought with his blood victory over every defect. Cheer up my dear and afflicted christian, you're not alone in this fight, just go to christian videos about this topic and you'll notice it. The word of God also says that the weapons of our warfare are not canal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God...that sin is Satan stronghold against you.would you please make a list of your mental attitude sins,verbal sins and behavior sins and ask God to make you are of the habits of your own life which makes it difficult for u to resist sexual sin.confess and name all your sins to God, ask him to deliver you, and pleas the blood of Jesus Chrst upon your private part and reproductive organs. Declare in Jesus name that you have been cruficified to the flesh.you can even do a 3days fasting. I hope this will help. I was always with a women from 14 and up. Now 45 and been single for just about 2 years. It was tough at first now I can really concentrate on a relationship with God. Long story short use this time to speak with God. It was hard praying it still is. Sometimes i dont really know what to say. Just keep talking to him. It gets easier. God bless.
You are in a battle for your soul (we all are) and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions. If you realize that you are trapped in sin and need to be delivered, knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15, 1 Corinthians 10:13). God's grace will help you to do that (Titus 2:11-14) and He will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing Him above all and you trust that He will deliver you. It is important that what you regard as repentance is what God calls repentance in the Bible. You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways is key. That opens the door to receiving his *forgiveness* for your past sins (Romans 3:25), *healing* (Luke 5:31-32), freedom from sin/addictions, and the gift of *a new life* that you will live for God and no longer for sin and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4-7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15). That is salvation. That will lead you to transformation by the power of God and freedom from sin. Salvation is about staying on the 'way of righteousness' (2 Peter 2:21) that leads to eternal life. So, that is a journey that you need to stay on and finish after you have begun it, by remaining faithful/obedient to God, with his grace helping you (Hebrews 4:16, 1 Corinthians 10:13): 1 Peter 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. I have been through all 4 of these stages in the pass and I was stuck in the 4th stage for 15 years and I'm telling you there is NO WAY to get out of the 4th stage without Jesus, it is impossible to do it in your own strength, because by that point you're literally fighting against demonic strength
I am a living witness to the destructive power(s) of sexual immorality. Everything that the commentator is talking about, and especially the 4 stages; it all happened to me. It all started with the lust of the eyes and progressed from there into a downward spiral. That was years ago, and while I'm no longer engaging in sexual immorality, I am left with a soul-tie with this person. I've asked God to forgive me for what I've done, and to break the soul-tie between me and this person, but I'm beginning to realise that for me, it's not just a "one and done type of prayer." This is something that I will have to continually fight and pray until my last breath. I implore you to advert your eyes and if you're thinking about committing any type of sexual sin: DON'T! Proverbs 6:32 says "But a man who commits adultery has NO SENSE! Whoever does so DESTROYS himself!
This incouragement is so needed for many of us christians who are struggling with sexual sins. I give all my passion, strength and struggle to you oh Lord. You and you alone Jesus, are my strength and salvation.

God is ready to forgive you as soon as you approach Him with humility, a repentant heart and a well made up mind, like the prodigal son who came back to his senses and returned to his father (Luke 15:11-24). I know a couple that go to church and watch “Adult Content”. They were shocked to find out that I won’t watch Game of Thrones because all the sex and nudity in it. The wife said it’s not a big deal and it’s not like her husband is cheating on her by looking. I said according to Jesus, looking and doing are the same thing. When I lay down in bed, my wife has confidence that I’m laying down with her and not someone else in my mind. That woman gave me a look like I’m some kind of over zealous Jesus freak. Know this, there is no condom that can protect from a spiritual STD. It’s fine to dislike someone but hatred breeds evil thoughts like lust does. If you lusted after someone and had the opportunity to sleep with and get away with it is the same as if you hated someone to the point where if you could harm or kill them and get away it, you would. The Bible points out that sin starts with our thought life. It’s not what goes into the body but what comes out of it such as greed, hate, adultry, lies, theft, etc. If I see a naked woman, I have no obligation to sleep with her or keep starring at her. I am fighting with this right now. I have been a widow for over a year. I am not ready to remarry, I still love my husband. I am so confused about what is right and wrong for widows. I don’t want a sexual relationship with another. Not at all, but I am confused about taking care of my needs as a young woman. It is a very tough struggle at times. Thank you for this video. You are in a battle for your soul (we all are) and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions. If you realize that you are trapped in sin and need to be delivered, knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15, 1 Corinthians 10:13). God's grace will help you to do that (Titus 2:11-14) and He will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing Him above all and you trust that He will deliver you. It is important that what you regard as repentance is what God calls repentance in the Bible. You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways is key. i was a young Pastor, who left the ministry(bcoz i was attracted to the things of this world, money and women) left the church and even Jesus, i almost didn't believe in Him. i ended up deep in sin, did drugs, dealt drugs, was arrested, got out became a serious junkie. no one wanted me, even family couldn't stand me. i ended up loosing my mind. But i tell you Jesus is King. He has restored my life completely. i even feel better of a person now than when i was a pastor. God is real, just give your whole life to Him and you will see. Sure is. I've been single over three years. Even though my intentions wanting a girlfriend are good , kind caring honest, there's always that way of seeing a woman if you're physically attracted to her. Which is easy to tell. Because I'm a Christian, I'm thinking should I only find a girlfriend who is also Christian so we can both be pure and avoid as much lustful sins as possible. If I could find a woman who's prepared to be together with complete honesty and trust, and just enjoy quality time together with out the intimate part until marriage, I guess that would better. But we all know just how difficult it is. On this earth it seems so normal for couples to be together and be commit fornication and adultery, it's just being a Christian mow I know what I've done has been a sin. One reason, I repent and ask for God's forgiveness for past present and future sins. God bless everyone.

Amen brother. I get temptations in my sleep and it's been happening alot lately for some reason. Not good dreams and as soon as I wake I'm already facing temptations. But it's been some of the hardest ones I have ever fought but the lord is fighting for me.
Amen God delivers... Definitely brother happens to us all it's a spiritual battle we must endure. Never had it really had a stronghold on me up until last year where I gave into fornication for pleasure and I opened that door for that demon and now the devil knows where to attack me from. But resist and don't allow sexual thoughts to progress in our mind, we shall overcome this burden and be set free. Always have God in your heart and always remember greater is he that is in me than he in the world.

I spent a majority of my youth pretending to be someone I wasn’t. I wanted so desperately to be cool, to be noticed, to be liked..I didn’t like who was staring back at me in the MIRROR.

Habits I developed in my youth, overflowed and poured over into my Adulthood..almost cost me my marriage, my relationship with my children..it almost cost me my LIFE..

✷Works of the flesh (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, Galatians 5:19-21, Colossians 3:5-10, Ephesians 5:3-5, Revelation 21:8, Revelation 22:15). These works of the flesh should cease for a Christian who is following Jesus. The wrong focus will lead to wrong choices of committing those sins that lead to death (1 John 5:16-18).
A person need to get saved first of all and take exhortations like these seriously:
Galatians 6:7-8
7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
Obedience to God is the key. It helps to see the grace of God this way:
Titus 2:11-14
11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people, 12 *instructing us to say "No" to ungodliness and worldly desires, and to live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present age;* 13 looking for the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ; 14 who gave himself for us, that he might *redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people for his own possession, zealous for good works.*
If the grace of God instructs you to say 'No' to sin, then that part is up to you as you choose to obey the instructions you receive by the grace of God.

Sexual sins are the worse next to murder while being saved. The continuos guilt, condemnation, fear and financial problems plague you daily if you can't break away from this sin. Whether it's porn, living with somebody in a sexual relationship you not married to, or just plain out lustfully thinking of the next "hit" of sexual encounter, is just so degrading and make you feel so dirty because nobody else knows what's going on in your heart. This contamination leaves you powerless and prayerless. I have left the church, and has found it difficult to get back to the body of Christ because only a certain percentage of people can enter the church if you are member. Please help and pray for me and countless other men that's in this situation.
@Julian Southgate talk to Jesus right where u are. Tell him everything that's in ur heart. He wants u to talk to him about what your feeling and thinking. He's always listening. Just talk to him like ur speaking to ur close friend even when u can't make it 2 church. God is omnipresent. He loves you more than you know!!

@@jaycee5058 I had two dreams of jesus: One was when i walked outh from my house and i saw a bright light and that light was Jesus, and on the left was the moon grey as rock and on the right was the moon small and red. Then i suddenly was at the place where i saw Jesus in the dream and i looked upon the mountain and saw tge same moon but the sun was on the left.
The second dream i was running beside Jesus as he (Jesus) with his crow and white horse coming down from the sky and i feelt presence of other ceatures (which may be angels) and suddenly i was at my home on the ground watching Jesus return and i gott scared and ran upon the mountain.

From me as a teen, before I was exposed to this sexual stuff when younger. Everyday it stuck with me, every time I was alone the idea popped up and had pleasure. Even when I was caught I kept doing it, and now I see myself at stage 4 and just pray to keep the convenient between my eyes. At school I’m a different person, yet alone I’m different. To whoever is struggling as a minor, we can do it with the Lords help! Don’t give in! Pray for self control and obedience to the Lord.

I know someone who looks likes and acts now because he had a girlfriend who cheated and hurt him so bad. He's afraid of love so he runs out on the person he's with when he feels he's getting too close right. What he does is runs away so he will go the the next victim and hurt the one he's with and he has no remorse at all and doesn't apologize or own up to it ...she finds out the they break up cause he gets caught up and breaks up but to him he's done nothing wrong...he won't man up to nothing .. he will look at you at tell you he don't know what your talking about. Now he keeps hurting all these females now tell me why he died this because he's been there he knows the hurt and pain he went and is still going through .....when does it stop.when does it end because you see I am one of those woman that he hurt now I have a different Outlook on any man I use to want marriage .I been praying to God asking him to help me with that situation. I'm a strong believer in God you see he lives in my his angels are all around me he has two big 7 foot tall angels on each side of me to guard me and to protect me . He confirm messages through a lady I don't know from Adam..her first video to me was telling me it's my time. The reason being is that I'm sick and the doctor's are trying to pin point what's wrong with me. I am one of God's chosen. I can write a book if I'm able to on what I'm going through and I know what's yet to come. I wanted to meet my last and live the rest of my life that I had to live I wanted it all with all my heart. I get with this person and he hurt me like this I never thought he would ever do this to me so now I have a different Outlook on men. Now I tell myself I don't care if I'm alone for the rest of my life that I have to live.....I still have God with me and Im talking to him about it. He's answered some but nt all you see he knew this guy was toxic fior me he gave me all kind of signs that I knew of but I fell in love with this guy and now look .I'm getting over it because God's GIVING me his strength to. I now tell my self I'm not looking but if God sends me some husband type of a honest true to me Man I will accept that ....it's just I had to go through all this hurt and pain and lies after lies and prayers that I still want it but not like I did before ....it's different. My question is when is he going to stop what is gonna happen to him to where he will stop hitting all these women.....I'm a strong one and God has me with everything I go through but what if there's someone that's weak or young or don't know better .....I really care about them and what a mess of there life he will cause them.....I'm blessed and honored by God.there so much more I can tell you that I'm going through. I pray for him everyday and that's the thing I was mad I thought I hated him etc..... God snapped me out of that so quick but I really loved this person I feel his pain but I couldn't break his train of thought ......it's like he has no heart at all........please help me pray for this person because he was my best friend and we went there and I miss what I had with him and I love him still.....I ask God to restore his heart and let him love once again. Even it not be myself I don't care ......I care about him that much because of what we had before we got together. This should be taken very seriously. I lost my husband who died addicted to sex/porn. Imagine being on your death bed begging for forgiveness. The fear in his eyes, the shame he carried with him to his grave. Most of his secrets I discovered after his death. If you struggle with sexual immortality find an escape from it. Realistically it hurts everyone around you.
He had a detached retina, very scary and painful, taking weeks to heal. It didn't stop there other health complications reared up putting him in hospital for 59 days bedridden until death.
He just couldn't or wouldn't break free, always hiding out with his addiction. Porn robs of Intimacy and kills love and relationships I know because it killed mine.

TRUTH Rhonda!! Sadly, people don't make the connection between sin and chrses/consequences in general, and fail to connect the dots with sexual sin and curses in one's life. The Scriptures says that when you fornicate, you sin AGAINST YOUR OWN Body. "Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18). God has something in store for whoremongers AND adulterers. Hebrews 13:4 "Marriage is honourable in all [only with your spouse], and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge."

Being single for over ten solid years (not dating a soul in over ten years) has caught up to me. I ask Christs spirit in to my life and keep me pure for Him. It frustrates me beyond belief when I hear married pastors say dumb stuff like, “just don’t think it” or “just do this…,just do that….” Like it’s just sooo easy. They have an “outlet” right there when they need their needs met. I do not watch unholy things on internet or tv or anything. I don’t sleep around. I don’t flirt. I do struggle, however. 🤦🏻♀️😢. Being single for over a decade is a choice for me. The demonic spirits know I love the Lord and want to ruin my salvation.

Repentance along with faith (Acts 20:20-21) is the way to be healed / saved / delivered / set free from sin (John 8:36). The key is submission / obedience to God (Hebrews 5:9, Acts 5:32).
If you do not have a deep sense of that having happened in your life, repentance is what you need to look into, just like it is taught in the Bible. It is necessary.

Guys, this is a huge problem that I have been struggling with for multiple years now because I stopped going to church. I recently became a christian again but I am struggling with this sin and I feel like complete garbage every time I give in. I've had enough at this point but I'm extremely weak and have a hard time resisting. Please pray for me so I can overcome this sooner rather than later. I really am trying to change and become a better person but I can't do it alone. Please keep me in your prayers 🙏.
Coming into a relationship with Jesus is the most important thing. Many people attend a church and never come to Jesus actually (Matthew 11:28-30).
It's all about _being_ the church that Jesus built (Matthew 16:18), rather than being attached to a building called "church" that belongs to this or that organization. There is no hindrance for anyone to have an encounter with Jesus or serve Him no matter where they are.

I understand you. I have the same problem with sexual sin. I have felt just as you. One really thinks if there is an escape for the reocurring sin. It's tough, awfully tough, one really feels like in a no way out hallway. But THERE IS a hope. And that hope is not a thing, but a person: Jesus Christ. The more we look onto his perfection, the more we will hate whatever oposses or attacks such beauty. Getting close to Jesus is the real way out from this. Justification broke the chains of sin from our hearts, and now sanctification is what is going to remove our attraction to it, and make us ''sinfobic'', so we finally can have peace in our hearts, and perfect trust in Jesus, and walking in His steps.
‘‘Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation’’ (2 Co. 5:17-18).
When we are made new creatures through the conversion, we are reconciled with God, and we move from death to life (Jn. 6:47), and now peace is the relationship between us and God (Ro. 5:1; 10:9).
And, since the law (the same law that says: Thou shalt not commit adultery) is written in the heart of God (Ps. 40:8), it is certainly impossible to be reconciled with God and, at the same time, not be reconciled with the law. Therefore, being our hearts put in harmony with the law, and being sin transgression of the law, the power of sin in our hearts it's broken. No more slaves to sin, as it is written: ''And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness'' (Ro. 6:18). It's not my slavery of righteousness what makes me free from sin, but I enter to that life, the Christian life, as a free man.
I first get free from sin, and then I enter to the path of good works. It's not my obedience what frees me from sin, but my believing. Otherwise, Would be God accepting slaves of sin into heaven, when someone in his last breath, believes in him?
(if so, from what would he be saving us? And from what I would need to be saved of previously, if I can enter as I am?)
Truly, is justification what makes us free from sin. It's not just a clean slate, an erasing of my sin record in the books of heaven and then a formal declaration of God that I'm no longer imputed of sin. But rather a complete turning around in my heart. And this since in creation when God said: ''let there be light'', the light was created. The word of God has the ability to create what it says.
And since God *declares* me just through believing, I *get* just. And since justice and sin are opossed, my nature gets opossed to sin, and this loses its power over me. Christ is a complete saviour. And if we want the remnant of the chains he broke get lost, and our attraction to wear those grills again, be vanished, we need to get near His presence.
My friend, I passed (and keep passing) through where you're passing. I was a complete slave of sexual sin, and I can say a real change came to my life, when I started reading the bible periodically.
I first started 2 times per week, 1 chapter of proverbs, or 30 verses times 2. And then my need of reading increased, and in that way I came to read the bible daily. Now I don't read it daily (and because of that, many times I have fallen) but I try to be in contact with it daily (don't conform with that, please. I don't want you to suffer what I have suffered. I'm still in this fight, and that is the counsel i can give to you. I wan't to recover the daily habit, so don't give any foot of ground to Satan. We have to let God kill sin in us, or sin will separate us from God, and ultimately, kill us). I counsel you to do the same. A profound lecture, just dedicating to read the bible in a specific time of your day. Set a time. I read the bible and then I felt hugely nourished. And then the same amount of verses I read, didn't nourish me like before, and then i added more verses, and reached that huge nourishing again. And that kept happening, until the daily habit.
My dear friend, don't let a day to pass without being in contact with the bible, make a road to it. With bible reading, which enhanced my prayers, and felt more of the presence of God in them thanks to it; and constant prayer, you will succeed.
There is no sin or habit to which Christ hasn't made provision. He bought with his blood victory over every defect. Cheer up my dear and afflicted christian, you're not alone in this fight, just go to christian videos about this topic and you'll notice it.

You are in a battle for your soul (we all are) and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions.
If you realize that you are trapped in sin and need to be delivered, knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15, 1 Corinthians 10:13). God's grace will help you to do that (Titus 2:11-14) and He will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing Him above all and you trust that He will deliver you.
It is important that what you regard as repentance is what God calls repentance in the Bible. You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways is key. That opens the door to receiving his *forgiveness* for your past sins (Romans 3:25), *healing* (Luke 5:31-32), freedom from sin/addictions, and the gift of *a new life* that you will live for God and no longer for sin and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4-7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15). That is salvation.
You need to approach God the way He expects you to-with the right mindset:

✷Repentance means you turn from disobedience to God to obedience to God, then you continue on a path of faithful obedience to God-not sin, which is the opposite.

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

That will lead you to transformation by the power of God and freedom from sin.
Salvation is about staying on the 'way of righteousness' (2 Peter 2:21) that leads to eternal life. So, that is a journey that you need to stay on and finish after you have begun it, by remaining faithful/obedient to God, with his grace helping you (Hebrews 4:16, 1 Corinthians 10:13):

I am a living witness to the destructive power(s) of sexual immorality. Everything that the commentator is talking about, and especially the 4 stages; it all happened to me. It all started with the lust of the eyes and progressed from there into a downward spiral. That was years ago, and while I'm no longer engaging in sexual immorality, I am left with a soul-tie with this person.
I've asked God to forgive me for what I've done, and to break the soul-tie between me and this person, but I'm beginning to realise that for me, it's not just a "one and done type of prayer."
This is something that I will have to continually fight and pray until my last breath. I implore you to advert your eyes and if you're thinking about committing any type of sexual sin: DON'T!
Proverbs 6:32 says

Have you received the message of God who is calling all people to repent? That is the way to be forgiven for sins we have committed up to that point of turning to God and turning the page from the way we had lived until then. That opens the door to receiving God's healing and the gift of *a new life* that we will live for God and no longer for sin/addictions and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15). It all begins with repentance and faith in Jesus, which means obedience to his word.
You need to have the word of God in your heart to live for Him and walk in his ways. So, if you are willing to follow God's ways, you need to take guidance from the scriptures:
James 1:21-22
21 Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness [that's repentance], receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be doers of the word [that's faith/obedience], and not only hearers, deluding your own selves.
James 4:7-8
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

The kind of prayer that breaks sexual sin and it's effects is REPENTANCE. Repent from ungodly relationships both physical and emotional and spiritual. Repent from sexual dreams and ask for God's help.

God is ready to forgive you as soon as you approach Him with humility, a repentant heart and a well made up mind, like the prodigal son who came back to his senses and returned to his father (Luke 15:11-24). The key is genuine repentance. That's necessary for forgiveness. And that's the starting point for a new life in Jesus (Romans 6:4). Your obedience to God out of love for God (John 14:15) is the key to your deliverance from any sin that you are bound in (Hebrews 5:9).

Total abstinence is easier than attempting to moderate this passion. This miracle happened in my life only by the grace of the Lord. I thought within myself some years ago how impossible it would be for me to be embracing chastity and abstinence. Resist the beginning take custody of your eyes and thought. Do not consent to the thought or vision. The demons want consent, before they can move in.

The way the church dresses today is the same as the world.
I know a couple that go to church and watch “Adult Content”. They were shocked to find out that I won’t watch Game of Thrones because all the sex and nudity in it. The wife said it’s not a big deal and it’s not like her husband is cheating on her by looking.
I said according to Jesus, looking and doing are the same thing. When I lay down in bed, my wife has confidence that I’m laying down with her and not someone else in my mind. That woman gave me a look like I’m some kind of over zealous Jesus freak.
Know this, there is no condom that can protect from a spiritual STD. Don’t fall to this darkness and if you are struggling with it, I pray for the renewing of your mind in restoration in your life in Jesus’ name! Amen.

It’s fine to dislike someone but hatred breeds evil thoughts like lust does. If you lusted after someone and had the opportunity to sleep with and get away with it is the same as if you hated someone to the point where if you could harm or kill them and get away it, you would.
The Bible points out that sin starts with our thought life. It’s not what goes into the body but what comes out of it such as greed, hate, adultry, lies, theft, etc.
If I see a naked woman, I have no obligation to sleep with her or keep starring at her. I have no obligation to do anything because I won’t let my feelings and impulses control my life.

However based on the spirit of the scriptures I feel alot better about your salvation if you are actively doing your best to live holy and letting grace fill in the void. I cannot imagine taking advantage of God's grace will be looked upon favorably

I am fighting with this right now. I have been a widow for over a year. I am not ready to remarry, I still love my husband. I am so confused about what is right and wrong for widows. I don’t want a sexual relationship with another. Not at all, but I am confused about taking care of my needs as a young woman. It is a very tough struggle at times.
Thank you for this video. I still however feel lost on what is right or wrong for someone in my place. Someone who was in a true marriage having a partner then losing it all by the others passing away.

When you are a widow you are not married any longer. The way the world is now I would have God as my husband. Jesus is coming back soon. You still love your husband. Keep your eyes on God. You won't be disappointed by worldly things.

You are in a battle for your soul (we all are) and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions.
If you realize that you are trapped in sin and need to be delivered, knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15, 1 Corinthians 10:13). God's grace will help you to do that (Titus 2:11-14) and He will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing Him above all and you trust that He will deliver you.
It is important that what you regard as repentance is what God calls repentance in the Bible. You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways is key. That opens the door to receiving his *forgiveness* for your past sins (Romans 3:25), *healing* (Luke 5:31-32), freedom from sin/addictions, and the gift of *a new life* that you will live for God and no longer for sin and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4-7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15). That is salvation.
You need to approach God the way He expects you to-with the right mindset:
James 1:21-22

✷Repentance means you turn from disobedience to God to obedience to God, then you continue on a path of faithful obedience to God-not sin, which is the opposite.

That will lead you to transformation by the power of God and freedom from sin.
Salvation is about staying on the 'way of righteousness' (2 Peter 2:21) that leads to eternal life. So, that is a journey that you need to stay on and finish after you have begun it, by remaining faithful/obedient to God, with his grace helping you (Hebrews 4:16, 1 Corinthians 10:13):

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.
Colossians 1:21-23
21 And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, 22 he has now✷ reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, *in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him, 23 👉 IF indeed you continue in the faith, stable and steadfast, not shifting from the hope of the gospel that you heard, which has been proclaimed in all creation under heaven...*
✷ *now* means no longer being alienated and hostile in mind toward God and continuing to do evil deeds / sin.
1 John 3:6
Whoever abides in Him [Jesus] *does not sin.* Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him.
It is the truth that will set you free (John 8:31-32, 36).
