Are you guys seeing customers/shippers punishing brokers for the massive overspend in their transpo over the past two years? Seems like service is a non-issue, just bottom dollar loads. Getting a little tougher out there for 3PLs, especially newer brokers.
Yep. That's just the part of the cycle we're in now. It's only temporary. Spend more time discussing longer term objectives and extend your sales cycles out. Patience and persistence!
