I sat in the wildtrak in January and within 30 seconds I knew I was getting it. I have no regrets. I love the car. The drive experience, the transmission, the technology like drive assist and brake assist has saved me plenty of times, the look of the car, the space… It is worth the price…
BRAVO! You are, in fact, correct... It is called Lucid Red. What a stunning colour! Follow our socials as well as Kelfords SW socials for some bonus content coming soon. Thanks for the comment and please do 'like' the video
Couldn't afford the Wildtrak and went for the XLT single turbo. My biggest concern is the power ( especially when towing ) how did the XL feel in terms of power?
Honestly, I would go for the XLT, so great choice!!! It’s affordable and very well equipped. With the XL I had absolutely no issues with towing, including fighting very strong winds. I didn’t feel the weight added weight at all (trailer and load bin packed) and my avg fuel consumption wasn’t even that badly affected… that also comes down to driving style. Congrats on the XLT, I really don’t think you’ll be sorry!
2:30 love it, this explains the whole market already! 😂 But a spot on review, Grant. I think I prefer the XL for my pocket, If you’ve got the dollars 💸 then yes, this car makes sense. It’s the difference between the manager and the CEO. 😅 well done. I’d still like to see a XLT review though. 👏
@@capetownactiveofficial I love XLT 6 speed AT single turbo Blue color. The most I love is the traditional manual hand brake which will last forever without any headache This EBS will not last. It will make u headache in the next 3 to 5 yrs. I saw in other car owner in different brand it will not activate, you cannot run because it always park. That is the problem of EBS. Unlike traditional manual hand brake you can trust it by pulling it and you can see it that it holds
Unfortunately for 2022 Wildtrak drivers, the new Ranger lacks a few vital components which stops me from getting another Ranger. The following was removed: -lower seat TILT function, so taller guys have zero support under lower legs. -heated seats - if you liked using this for a painful back after a day in the office, sorry boet 🤷🏻♂️ -leather clad dash, instead you now have multiple plastics joining on the dash, collecting dust. And then of course that hideous towbar that looks like an aftermarket product. #NoThanks
Hahaha The newton-metre is the unit of torque. If you want to get really technical it's equal 1NM is equal to 1kg. m/s2 - far to sciency for me... but basically, it's the amount of force to the wheels (either directly to two wheels or to all four depending on the vehicle)
@@capetownactiveofficial I'm a mechanical engineer I am very familiar with SI units ; I was just playing "dumb American". I am not happy with Ford making US wait for the new Ranger. Currently Ford is giving us a Tacoma knockoff. I have a 2023 Bronco Base Sasquatch scheduled to be built for me next month. I have been waiting on it for over 2 years. It will also have the 2.7L Twin Turbo V6.
For me the video ended at literally minute 8. I came here to watch a car review not your face. From 8 to 20 mins you just showed nothing about the car but your face! Is this a car or selfie review

No ford. Not at this price
😛
@PAS I repeat. Great vehicle but not at this price. It's simply not worthy of the price .
Till you drive it. It's very comfortable
I have driven it and I'm quite familiar with this vehicle. Great vehicle but again not at this price point.
