Not a fan of black wheels. Too dark and becomes a void in the wheel well. If not silver, go for a bronze colored wheel which would bring out the “Porsche” script down the side.
Have a blue one with 991 hallo led 991 HL. Looks amazing. Threw off the headlamp leveling regulation light. Had to have it decoded at porsche… have bought strickers in gunnmetal grey but haven put them on yet. Although I run the 997.2 turbo wheels . Looking forward to see how the seats look likke
I'd go dark grey or dark silver/platinum for the wheels and change the caliper color to match the Porsche script or change the Porsche script to match the calipers.

cool but front tire is too stretched. you should put the oem size back on 235/35/19. Also the back oem tire size is 305/30/19 so slightly wider/taller.
Didn't know you had an Arena Red 993. Had my 1995 C2 which is now a full 3.8 RSCS tribute in Polar Silver since 2008... It's the one car I won't sell 👍

Matte black alloys the way they are will look better than gloss. However, a bright silver would also look nice maybe without a metallic finish. Just solid gloss silver. Also the front LEDs on 997.1 turbos were only indicator lights, of course the furthest outter LED like you say being a side light. Moriomoto on the headlights will look amazing, even their tail lights! hoping to see someone in the UK finally install some
Had a Macan GTS with the Matt wheels. Once clean they look amazing, but keeping them clean is painful….so if you don’t want to be constantly cleaning them then gloss black would be the way to go. Keep up all the hard work on the channel
Love the colour and the ducktail. I think the wheels need to go silver though. Black decals sound good, but not convinced by the new lights. Seen a few that look a bit like ebay specials and they can spoil the car.
Love what your doing with this project Richard, i agree wheels would look better in matt grey or gunmetal, ive done that with my Vantage and they look great, don’t like the side decal , looks a bit cheap. Looking forward to how you improve this car 👍
Ooo new video! Wheel fitment is 👌🏻. Look a bit bmw maybe a bright silver. I’d rather more tyre myself. Not sold on dotty led lamps. Red graphics might work with the callipers.
I've got a white 997.1.i run 305 on the rear and 235 on front, they really sit alot nicer in the arches. I've done heaps of upgrades to engine and running gear /susp. My own taste of exterior tweaks. Track day at castle Coombe on 22nd of May it gets put through it's paces!

Gloss black will look shite.
Makes the tyres look brown and get lost.

i think side stickers are just too busy ... looks better without giving it nice clean look ..

I find the bright red colour of the rear lights jarring (might just be me). Perhaps grey smoked rear lights would look nice.

Go satin black. I prefer matte rather than glossy but satin adds a sheen finish. Make sure to add ceramic coating to make them easier to clean.

For me a smoked silver would suit the car and would show off the detail of the wheels - but each to their own
