You make it all look too easy when I know what you do takes a lot of skill and experience. There's so much charm in the steps you're creating with the variety of materials, recycled or otherwise. I can't wait until the cottage you're working on is done
Take the wheelbarrow wheelbarrow, drill a hole in either side. Fill the tire with expansion foam til it comes out the other hole. Trim it off and it will never go flat again. Win win. 👍🎉
@Seans_World lots of videos on that. 2 wheeled wheelbarrow I think are best. Much easier to keep stable. They don't tip over so easily and you can use one hand if needed. Love your videos. Can't wait to see the finished cottage.
Sean you need a wire brush that fits on the drill. Grandpa used a hoe to mix the muck in the wheel barrow. It fit into the corners better and instead of twisting your body it was just back and forth strokes When I moved out of the neighbor hood I gave my wheelbarrow to my neighbor. 20 some odd years later I stopped in to say hi. It just happened to be garbage day and her son asked if I wanted a wheelbarrow as the tire was flat and they were going to toss it. Low and behold it was mine. I took it and bought a new wheel for it. Reunited with an old friend.
I'm sitting here smiling about how you surprised yourself for how lever the steps are. My home is unlevel from back to front. I can roll a can of soup all the way from sunroof to living room.😂
Sean, the newest step looks great! The trailer is looking very spiffy. That new threshold stone is perfect. Hope getting it up and in is not too great a hassle. Cheers
I get such joy watching you Sean. You remind me of my dad. (Not in age mind you cuz my friend I'm older than you !!) But like you he was so good at odds and ends. He always had a project going .... and they would turn out beautifully. Crack On 😊
Sean, as always, fine job! It is all going to look so nice when you finish! It must have warmed up a bit because you are in your shirtsleeves! Your trailer looks great….like new!! Your wheelbarrow looks like it has served you well with a wheel….now continues without one! Love from Pennsylvania 💕🌷🐻
I really like you projects - doing it the old but slow way, practice reused materials .... I bet you almost never trow anything away - you never know when you need it 😊 ... Did you put some kind of ground anker in the oak beams ??- seems to me they might move, just a roundbar or a rebar trough the beam hammerd into the ground a few decimeters woult do it ..
Question: Are you going to put a small handrail on the steps? The reason I'm asking is, if you hit that bottom step corner, that's going to hurt like heck.
Sean you calling it the “crooked kitchen” You forgot to add “Quality” to the beginning of your name for it When it’s finished it will be the brocant cottage 🤗🤗🤗
Goes along with depth and width. The “th” sound at the end of the word dates back to Old English and was still very common in Middle English. Today it is a variant found in parts of Britain and North America. A colloquialism. Perfectly acceptable and nothing to sneer at.
Sean…. The first tread width only looks about 7-8” wide. Shouldn’t it be more like 10-11 inches. Also, the surface of the first tread looks like it has been worn away/ abraded….not good.
Are you making Stone stairs or wooden stairs? I never can understand why everyone always has so many different jobs going on? I would stick to doing the cottage until it is done? But what do I know lol

I wondered how i had missed the video of you doing the top step. Glad you posted it today.

Good tip!

Good evening everyone 😊
Hi Matk
Those steps will be a “feature” for sure!❤ You’ve done a great job!❤
Great job Sean. The cottage would look weird if all was.brand new and straight
I will never regret getting the 2 wheeled wheelbarrow. Love it that on a heavy load it doesn't tip. The stonework is looking great.
Sean, the newest step looks great!
The trailer is looking very spiffy.

Beautiful work. Sean you never fail to impress. Thank you for all your tips and tricks 🎉❤
Good job Sean as per usual.
Sean, you really are a master craftsman. You pay so much attention to both the look, finish, and educating us along the way.
Excellent episode and progress! Thank you! 😊❤👍🥰💖

Wow, thank you
Ohhh Sean! I had the same problem with my wheelbarrow and I replaced in with a hard rubber tire so I’ll never have to get any leaks.
Good evening from Alhambra California, 👋🏻🍺 relaxing & watching Sean get the steps done perfectly.....
I highly recommend buying one of the pneumatic wheels for your barrow if you intend to repair it. No more flat tyres. Mine is outlasting me barrow 😊
Worn out trailer & worn out wheel narrows you made them earn their keep😂😂😂☕🍰🌹🌹🌹☕🍰 love the steps 🤗👍
Love Sue❤❤❤🇬🇧❤❤❤
The steps look really nice! Starting to shape on the first floor
The steps look fantastic . We have snow today. 😊
Brrr
Your narrative skills are great.
Thank you for sharing 😊
Hello Sean, what a great result(s) of the steps - just like it when you lay down the slab and it's all level!! Best wishes from Lincolnshire.
It is coming along nicely. I can’t believe how far it’s come.
Looking good Sean! Well done

Handsome steps, handsome mason!!
Looking good. ❤
Looking great.
Good work on the steps! 😊
Great job!😊
You are always up to something ❤
Great progress mate!
Glad it wasn't raining today.
Hi Mark 👋🏼
Good morning from Australia.
I did notice the wheelbarrow issue but decided not to mention it. 😂
OLD KNEES DO HURT. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF SEAN.
Absent a wheel it just a barrow now. lol. The steps are looking very nice. What about the space between the top slab and the timber?
I really like you projects - doing it the old but slow way, practice reused materials .... I bet you almost never trow anything away - you never know when you need it 😊 ...

You are correct
Question: Are you going to put a small handrail on the steps?
The reason I'm asking is, if you hit that bottom step corner, that's going to hurt like heck.
Maybe
Sean you calling it the “crooked kitchen” You forgot to add “Quality” to the beginning of your name for it
When it’s finished it will be the brocant cottage
🤗🤗🤗
❤
You might want to call it or rename it ''The Crooked Cottage" Sean ......🤔
👋👍❤️
You've invented the 'wheellessbarrow' or rediscovered the 'dragbarrow' from caveman times?
"Height-th" always makes me laugh
😃

@gloriasmestad3803 that's actually false. But I'm not interested in arguing. Have a nice day
👍👏🌟🍀💐🤨

You need to understand the building
It’s not supposed to be perfect, it’s built for useage.that’s it.
👍🏻👍🏻
Are you making Stone stairs or wooden stairs? I never can understand why everyone always has so many different jobs going on? I would stick to doing the cottage until it is done? But what do I know lol
Yes
@Seans_World are they going to be Stone steps or wooden steps you just said yes?
My brain fixed your borrow wheel!!😂 depends on the frame in front for rust or wear..😊
👍🏻👍🏻
