I have a question! So I have a TNE V4-Q4 Plus 2023 model. The monitor as shown in your videos randomly turns off and usually sometimes stays on on high speed and then casually turns off. Is it faulty or is there something that I pressed that could make it do like that?
Apologies for the late reply, however, until this moment I am not so sure to WHY it is still doing that. Randomly out of nowhere the Scooter decides to stop working (The Monitor as shown in your video/s). Any possible issues with the scooter that could affect it doing that perhaps?
My scooter has like lcd deley so when u press the speed it takes like 2 secs after the scooter goes is there a way to fix it through the lcd ? For it to have no deley
Thanks for your support In regard to the delay on LCD it depends with the hardware and model. I can say it's normal for your scooter being the latest on the market there are features you will learn as you continue riding
Thanks bro for your feedback. The LCD not turning ON can be a result of different issues. 1# check the battery fuse. If the fuse is ok check cable. If the cable is ok and current is flowing then your LCD is faulty
That’s big crime. If someone is buying used electric scooter, seller can reset the odometer and give wrong information for the buyer. Imagine you are buying used electric scooter that was ridden over 5k. But the current odometer says only 75 mile.
Refurbished scooter is well known . it has a lot of scratches and also tires are Old you can't and also the battery circle will depend on the first user. The suspension will show it's used .. generally you need to be satisfied with the product before you purchase.

I have TNE 2022 with error code e010 sometimes it suddenly shut down and couldn’t turn on unless i put chargers. Do you know what wrong with it

This is not correct.. there's a possibility settings have been changed

I have a E 10 warning light flashing how can I fix this?
Warning light should show with the error code on display. To fix you need to know what is the code number
