@@kimgo4518 The United States Postal Inspection Service is a law enforcement agency, the oldest one in the United States, that started out as a security detachment tasked to guard messengers in the colonies. Very respectfully to address your comment, an agent of USPIS is known as a "Postal Police Officer" and their police cars are marked "Postal Police". The Law Enforcement agency is different from Postmasters, Administrative managers that conduct inspections of post offices, and USPS Consumer Affairs.
So when I said Postal Police, I am referencing the law enforcement agency USPIS.
