What's the purpose of this video? Well, this is one of my favourite drives and I work online with people all over the work to help them overcome their fear of driving. People with driving anxiety sometimes find help from these videos by either getting to experience driving without the sense of fear or, in some cases, it brings the feeling up which makes it easier to work with in a session.
This was recorded the day before I came home on my final trip of a busy short holiday. It's a tradition of mine that I visit Charlestown on the first evening that I arrive in Cornwall and again on the evening before I leave. This time I visited earlier in the day than usual and found a whole new area as the tide was out! It's a beautiful place to visit with hidden beaches, coastal walks that go on for miles and stunning sea views. If you want to stay there, there is a choice of accommodation including some lovely cottages you can rent out on the cliffs.
