I always wanted a Fantom G but never could afford one back in the day. I just returned my Roland FA-06. That board is a brittle piece of crap! I held down the extra cash & told them i wanted a real board. So i bought my pristine, dam near Mint Condition G8 for 2Gs at Guitar Center. Hands down this is the best quality manufactured workstation ever built. I've had korgs in the past. Tritons are nice machines. But this beast blows me Triton Extreme out of the water! You can not go wrong with a G6 or a G8. I will be buying this dvd as well!
Wow I never knew David Wills has toured with Michael Jackson. This truly shows he knows his music.
Thx so much for helping me. I’ve owned my Roland g7 phantom since 2008, and couldn’t afford classes. The stand that was sold to me was weak product, I felt my Roland would fall off. I took it back but the salesman complained I didn’t set it up by numbers correctly, my complaints was he needs to sell a sturdy keyboard stand and I would trade my new one in for a better product. I never put my Roland on it. He didn’t tell me lesson came with my Roland for free. 2008 was a market drop year. Millions lost there houses. So I could guess why I was cheated out of The instruments 🎹 I deserved to buy. Styles music in Pomona lost a loyal customer that day.
I can understand that. I bought this fantom a coupple of days ago. Undestanding everything this synth can do must be like science it self. It´s a pretty bizzare machine. Now i´m waiting to get this DVD from the U.S. It must be a great complement to the manual....

Hello. I have my Fantom G7 PAD to run rhythms. So I press the LIVE button and a PAD, then the battery begins to ring, but when switching to another record or SINGLE LIVE, rhythm stops. I've already made FACTORY RESET. You know any change that I have to do in the OS version 1.5 so that the rhythm don't stop?. With version 1.2 did not have that problem

It matters how many keys you want. The G8 is incredible because the keys are super natural and for live mode its incredible.
