I went to tent Ridge middle of August. Experienced clouds of mosquitos flying around my head. The mosquitos really destory your enjoyment of a hike. On the other hand, I took little to no breaks as taking a break meant it was dinner for mosquitos
I was wondering how you were getting to Tent from the Fist 😂. When I saw the title I thought, “I don’t remember a route off the summit to Tent. How did I miss that?” But now it makes sense. I think I’d like to try that route or even the reverse. Glad you’re back at it. I’m taking a break this summer.
... Ya we just went back to the col and headed across. You lose a little elevation and there are a few ways to get there. I will miss your videos Alan! Look forward to them in the future then. Take care...
i tried traversing to the fist FROM tent a couple weeks back, went down and under instead of around...blew a huge section of a pillar out trying to downclimb lol, good choice in going around, didnt really consider it an option as I was mostly looking for some hands on stuff.....way too chossy there tho D:

... I had to use lots of spray. They are annoying but its either that or you dont go.
It's the loose scree that gets me, getting up is one thing getting down is quite another
... Slow and steady for sure and not a big group on this one. Scree on slab is a little nasty too.
