This is an eye opener, thank you for showing the reality of it! I have a strong will to work on a cruise ship as personal trainer and now I’m reconsidering this. I’m glad I came across your video! I’m curious about, if trainers are able to really go travel when the ship is on dock? Knowing they only get to have half day of off.
yes you can go off the ship ,if for example ship docks at port at 8am and if you are for example having half day morning off . that means you can go out for few hours. but guests get off always first. So if ship docks at 8am crew usually can get off only at 9am or 10am after all guests are off or if not busy you may be allowed to get off earlier. in steiner( now called the one world spa ) usually you get off from 8am to 2pm. so there is time to go out but its not enough to relax really. if most of ships leave port at 5pm or 6pm depends but it is usually like that .so if you are having afternoon off that is more harder to get off ship then. if you watched whole video i mentioned if you are really born to sell and make targets manager will let you go off ship any time you want .
You will get a very small time in that time you can't even explore the place veey well...only 3 hours after that you will get tension that you have to leave for ship as it's going to be back again for the sea...so please don't destroy yourself there you are not trainer there you are just personal sales servant out there measuring feet of the pale feet ✅

Weekly Guarantee System: This is how the company’s weekly earning guarantee works for trainers: The company guarantees each trainer $200 per week, even if the trainer doesn’t reach this amount through sales. If the trainer's calculated weekly earnings (from product sales and classes) fall below $200, the company will cover the difference to ensure they receive the guaranteed minimum. For example, if a trainer only earns $150 in commission from sales and classes in one week, the company will add $50 to bring it up to $200. Example Scenarios Let’s look at a few examples showing different weekly sales situations: 1. Low Sales Example (trainer sells only $20 in products and $0 from classes) Product Sales Revenue: $20 Company Deduction: $350 (fixed) Amount After Deduction: $20 - $350 = -$330 (negative result) Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $0 = $0 (since remaining amount is negative) Class Earnings: $0 (no class revenue this week) Total Earnings: $0 Since the trainer’s weekly earnings are $0, which is below the $200 minimum, the company will add $200 to reach the guaranteed amount. Final Weekly Earnings: $200 2. Moderate Sales Example (trainer sells $1,000 in products and $100 from classes) Product Sales Revenue: $1,000 Company Deduction: $350 Amount After Deduction: $1,000 - $350 = $650 Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $650 = $58.50 Class Revenue: $100 Trainer’s Commission (18%): 18% of $100 = $18.00 Total Earnings: $58.50 + $18.00 = $76.50 Since $76.50 is below the $200 minimum, the company will add $123.50 to reach the guaranteed $200. Final Weekly Earnings: $200 3. High Sales Example (trainer aims to earn $400 by achieving higher sales) To achieve $400 in total weekly earnings, the trainer needs both high product sales and typical class revenue. Here’s an example where the trainer earns $400: Product Sales Revenue: $4,100 Company Deduction: $350 Remaining Amount After Deduction: $4,100 - $350 = $3,750 Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $3,750 = $337.50 Class Revenue: $300 Trainer’s Commission (18%): 18% of $300 = $54.00 Total Weekly Earnings: $337.50 + $54.00 = $391.50 In this case, the trainer’s earnings come very close to $400. With $4,100 in product sales and $300 in class revenue, the trainer reaches a total of approximately $400 per week. Summary No matter if the trainer sells $20, $1,000, or even $1,800 in a week, they would only reach the guaranteed $200 weekly earnings if their calculated earnings fall short. To make more than this, as shown in Example 3, the trainer would need to generate a high product sales revenue, such as $4,100, in addition to typical class revenue, to achieve a higher weekly pay, such as $400. This structure illustrates that smaller sales don’t impact weekly earnings much, as trainers only benefit significantly from high sales amounts.

Weekly Guarantee System:
This is how the company’s weekly earning guarantee works for trainers:
The company guarantees each trainer $200 per week, even if the trainer doesn’t reach this amount through sales. If the trainer's calculated weekly earnings (from product sales and classes) fall below $200, the company will cover the difference to ensure they receive the guaranteed minimum.
For example, if a trainer only earns $150 in commission from sales and classes in one week, the company will add $50 to bring it up to $200.
Example Scenarios
Let’s look at a few examples showing different weekly sales situations:
1. Low Sales Example (trainer sells only $20 in products and $0 from classes)
Product Sales Revenue: $20
Company Deduction: $350 (fixed)
Amount After Deduction: $20 - $350 = -$330 (negative result)
Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $0 = $0 (since remaining amount is negative)
Class Earnings: $0 (no class revenue this week)
Total Earnings: $0
Since the trainer’s weekly earnings are $0, which is below the $200 minimum, the company will add $200 to reach the guaranteed amount.
Final Weekly Earnings: $200
2. Moderate Sales Example (trainer sells $1,000 in products and $100 from classes)
Product Sales Revenue: $1,000
Company Deduction: $350
Amount After Deduction: $1,000 - $350 = $650
Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $650 = $58.50
Class Revenue: $100
Trainer’s Commission (18%): 18% of $100 = $18.00
Total Earnings: $58.50 + $18.00 = $76.50
Since $76.50 is below the $200 minimum, the company will add $123.50 to reach the guaranteed $200.
Final Weekly Earnings: $200
3. High Sales Example (trainer aims to earn $400 by achieving higher sales)
To achieve $400 in total weekly earnings, the trainer needs both high product sales and typical class revenue. Here’s an example where the trainer earns $400:
Product Sales Revenue: $4,100
Company Deduction: $350
Remaining Amount After Deduction: $4,100 - $350 = $3,750
Trainer's Commission (9%): 9% of $3,750 = $337.50
Class Revenue: $300
Trainer’s Commission (18%): 18% of $300 = $54.00
Total Weekly Earnings: $337.50 + $54.00 = $391.50
In this case, the trainer’s earnings come very close to $400. With $4,100 in product sales and $300 in class revenue, the trainer reaches a total of approximately $400 per week.
Summary
No matter if the trainer sells $20, $1,000, or even $1,800 in a week, they would only reach the guaranteed $200 weekly earnings if their calculated earnings fall short.
