Hi! Could be something off with the connection to the TV, worth testing with a new HDMI-cable and also test another screen or monitor if you have the option to. Has the console been working fine before? // Chris
@@GetThereFaster I tried on two different not even a year old tv’s and it didn’t work then I took it to and old tv and it worked then I heard you say get a new hdmi in the video so I did that today and it still doesn’t work not sure what’s going on the newer tv’s
@@reganbrown2122 That is so odd! Especially since it´s working with the older TV. Have you been able to try any other consoles or TV-boxes etc. with the newer TV:s and are those showing an image like they should? Sounds though like the issue is with something in the TV:s if the console is indeed working on another TV. Also worth going through all the picture and input settings (as well as brightness, backlight and contrast settings on the TV, to make sure those have not been lowered to zero somehow). // Chris
@@GetThereFaster I tired all sorts of screens but I went and checked the screen setting and saw a bunch of it was turned off I think it was because the old tv didn’t work with those things but I can’t turn them back on unless I’m on a tv that expects it with it won’t show picture on those tv’s lol but thank you for all the information
@@reganbrown2122 Hm, understand. Wish I had some more ideas here. However when most things are set to automatic in the video settings on the PS5 the new TV _should_ pick up the console that should then adjust it´s own settings to match what the TV is able to display. However unfortunately this is not always really the case :-/ Hope you´re able to sort it out somehow though! // Chris
I can’t even get the safe menu to pop up and I’m on a brand new tv
