@@user-ig4mn6cm5y Err...pencils have been given out at all elections since they started. The pencils are not the kind that leave a mark that can be removed by an eraser. It would have taken a very long time to remove each pencil mark and write a new x on 10's of millions of votes, many members of staff would have to be involved even if they could have been removed and yet not one has come forward to say this happened. The results would have been announced late because of this (they were not). Counting is organised by local authorities many of which were Labour run so JC's party would have to be part of the plot as well. Also the results matched all the opinions polls so all of those organisations would have been involved if your conspiracy theory were to be true.
