Definitely one thing I'm selfishly grateful for from this pandemic. It makes you think, it makes you sad, and and makes you realize how twisted the show really is. You go into this show thinking "is this gonna be a cool show with gore and sick plot". That is partially true, but its not exciting like you expect it to be. It's dreadful. It always seems to be quiet throughout the show, and music like this plays. The music never takes the feeling away from the show (cough AoT), but amplifies it. It works in parallel with what you feel; what the characters feel. They never under or over exaggerate the situations. This show isn't my no. 1 favorite, but its definitely top 5. however I would watch it more than the other because of the mental state it puts you in. It has a very unique and lasting effect. It almost gives a sense of unexplainable nostalgia. Track 7 alone, after watching, puts you in that same mental state. I love the feeling and it will forever stay in my heart.
