There are many other leg workouts out there. Squats and squat variations are great (when done in a healthy way unlike this video) but sprinting for example puts more pressure on the body than most can typically squat (3 to 4 times body weight every time you take a stride while sprinting at full speed).

From testo no, every 50 + need extra testo everyweek 150mg, test your bloodwork, when you gett older the trt levels are going down, and is bad for your hart, sexdrive, mental, so no is not bad. Tren yes, and other shit also but testo is not bad. Read more, about trt, here on youtube are plenty docs who are saying it, and official long testing with testo. Greetings.
@@ecufile4095 Synthetic testosterone is unhealthy. Saying everyone over 50 needs testosterone therapy is also a marketing lie to make doctors and pharmaceutical companies more money. Your body can produce the amount of testosterone and other hormones it needs naturally. There are foods like maca root for example that balance out hormone levels. Some people do have weak genetics so their T levels start to drop after 30 years or so but that's not normal for others who live a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet. BTW there is no such thing as "trt levels." TRT stands for Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

If you don’t do squats you are skipping leg day period. Squats is leg day in itself cut and dry.
