New Outboard Honda BF15. (Teething problems)

Excel volante 330 with Honda BF15. Water splashing over the transom at full throttle. I suspect the OB is sitting too low or needs trimming up.

Does the sailing club insist you have the ray powerboat quals? I drive to Anglesey to use my SIB but would be nice to occasionally use it close to home.

No mate but you do need public liability insurance.

@@themightyredboatadventures how do I get this insurance and what’s the cost ? I want to take my 4m sib on the Mersey I’ve only ever used it on lakes

@@thelr90guy71 obviously it depends on the level of insurance your after, but for general public liability insurance your looking at under £50. Look at craft insure they are reasonably priced and usually cheap mate.
