Ajwain( Carom seeds) -1/2 tsp
Methidana-1/8th tsp
Kalonji-1/8th tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Amchur-1 tsp
Garam masala -1/2 tsp
Saunf powder-1/2tsp
Heeng-1/8th tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chillies-2-3
