Police, Cars, Motorcycles, Limousines, Helicopter, Ambulance. And how they closed the Highway for a while. There's also a McLaren 650 in this video. Yes, yes it takes a lot of skill and years of experience to get the level of confidence and coordination required to ride formation. Yes, people pop wheelies on bikes, and outside of a few stunt riders nobody that I am aware of is doing flips on bikes traveling that fast. Also, just because someone can do a flip, does not somehow make that shit easy to do or commonplace! My folks, on their first trip to Germany, encountered the exact opposite of a cleared highway. It was a stalled traffic jam on the autobahn, while heading to Berlin on a Friday afternoon. They took video, it was amazing. They said a lot of folks appeared to be young people, and they asked my parents if they were going to the concert. When my parents asked "What concert?" they replied "Pink Floyd is doing The Wall! This was back when the Berlin Wall was first coming down, and my folks, being who they were, had probably never heard of the band.

That huge motorcade was not just for security but, since it was a state visit, also an expression of the respect that the Queen duly received. I was at Paulskirche on that day, where the actual visit took place. Shortly before, the German President arrived. And I can only tell you, you would not want to mess with the guys who came with him. They looked like they were prepared for everything.

I remember a similar thing happening after DMX died. I only knew a couple of songs from him starting with X Gon' Give It To Ya from the 2016 Deadpool movie which introduced me to him as an artist. Pretty overkill, in the UK the Queen's motorcade usually consists of a handful of motorcycle outriders to stop traffic at junctions and 3-4 cars so that disruption to the general public is kept at a minimum, never would be stop a motorway like that.

The Germans gave more respect to the Queen in one hour than they gave the British Nation in their whole history..but do not dismay for my Great Grandmother was German and I am proud of this.
I don't think a lot of the comments understand what's going on in this video. As some have observed, it has little to do with security; it's about the German Republic putting on a show to welcome a visiting head of state - they would do the same for any other head of state on an official visit. The only people who can reasonably object are the German people; but of course only a few people were affected and the extra costs to the German taxpayer are small - all those police motorcyclists have to get paid whether they are heading a procession or patrolling the autobahn.
