SUMMARY:
A character created in collab between Kazecat & Ra lord, it's in beta phase, and as such his AI is seemingly not fully there yet as all Ra does is basic attack and throws, even still, due to the range of Ra's normal attacks, getting in attack range without Jotaro's counter is easier said than done.
Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to the full version of this, Ra has a pretty cool design.
