I will clarify some very important details that you guys are fogetting: 1- Deku will inherith 6 quirks (counting blackwhip) not 8 because Deku and All might were quirkless and the First user's quirk is already part of OFA (the power to pass on quirks). 2- Even tho a lot of people already thought about Deku using the past users quirks (it was a very famous theory in the fandom) in this episode it's confirmed that OFA always had the potential to grant the holder the quirks of the past users, but to do that OFA needed to grow and it took 9 holders to do so. 3- All might's spirit is in inside OFA but not completly because he's still alive. 4- The past users dind't talk to all might because they knew that it wasn't the time yet, only until Deku got it and started to grow only then it was time.
they still talked to each other thow. The justification in the lore about how all might was the only one who didn't contacted with the previous users is kinda of a weak spot in the story.

still the justification given doesn't make that much sence. It's clear that all might not having contact with the previous users like deku was a plot hole Horikoshi had to retcone that didn't work well.
Shinso is not from the business course. There are 4 courses in UA. Hero course, support course (yay Hatsume!), business course, which works on marketing heroes and general studies, where Shinso is. They just have regular high school but at UA.
"Super Strength" wasn't All Might's Quirk, "Super Strength" is just the "base form" of One For All. All Might is Quirkless so he didn't add any quirk into it. But he did add raw power into OFA from wielding and mastering it's base power for a long time.

Why didn't All Might mention it? Because it clearly never happened before. When black whip manifested he was just as shocked as everyone else. For the record Deku will only have eight quirks if you count the stockpile and transfer powers as two different quirks, which they were originally. Deku is the ninth user and All Might was stated to be quirkless. The super strength was just one for all's default ability. If all the other users had quirks then Deku will be getting six new quirks, including black whip. For the record in the manga the bald guy said "all six of our quicks" rather than "six more". While it was in random order All Might was present with the other past users in vestiges, but he was glowing yellow. Whether this was because he was born quirkless or because he is still alive is unclear. The quirks are awakening in random order as well, as the bald man wasn't the second or seventh user, the two it would be if it had followed some sort of order. However Deku's subconscious mind might of selected black whip, as it is apparently the one most suited for capturing people, something he was trying to do at the time.
New chapters spoilers . . . . . All Might is glowing yellow because he was a perfect vessel for OFA Not having a quirk allowed him to contain it perfectly. A lot of previous successors died young of "Old age". Having OFA and their own quirk proved too much for their body. Meaning people who's quirkless is a good vessel. Deku is also the same but he went beyond that and awakened the quirks of previous successors stored in OFA.
well for starters the stockpile quirk stockpiles raw energy power given deku not just super strength but also durablity and speed im not sure why people skip over the last two like they dont exist but its became evident anime and manga that stockpile stockpiles more than just power it stockpiles other quirks, and the very soul of the past users

@The Revenant I get that, when you compare Shoto and Bakugo's character growth and development, Deku's own development definitely looks outshined. Not saying Deku hasn't developed as a character, but even from the start he was the embodiment of a good hero, and he had a lot of qualities that a good person has Unfortunately, that's why most of his character development is about leveling up OFA, instead of actually shifting the character to a new direction or giving Deku layers. He gets stronger but his character doesn't actually get too much better or worse because he's already pretty much complete Good thing that the latest arc actually touches upon this, since you've read the manga it's when they were arguing about what to do with Shigaraki now that he's basically destruction incarnate lol. I'm looking forward to how Horikoshi's going to handle Deku now that the current arc seems like it's going to be all about him. let's hope the main boi gets to be a deeper character 🙏🏽

And we want the same thing out of Horikoshi, and that's just do actually more with Izuku Midoriya instead of leveling up One for All, and well I'll just agree to disagree with the topic of Izuku being one of the best written characters right now. But yeah, I do think this is a good direction that the new arc is taking place in, All For One could give him conflict after conflict that could actually challenge his morals and his deepest principles about the hero society that they live in. There's really nothing like that that has ever happened that Deku needed to really wrap himself around that's why he became stale to me even though he does great things. Deku helped develop others but mans hasn't had the same experience for a long ass time. I really hope Hori puts the "perfect hero" boi through the meat grinder, to let us see what kind of "greatest hero" deku really is after being battered and broken down by his biggest threat. All Might doesn’t have a quirk, he was naturally buff The super strength is just a product of One for all ability to stockpile power, all of the previous had this none of them were as strong as Deku and All Might because the power was growing
Fun fact: in the manga, when Uraraka jumped to hold Deku, the chapter ended, and if memory serves right, there was a 2 week break, so Uraraka hugged Deku for 3 weeks :)

Even though I sometimes give them a past for forgetting some things (even though the most obvious solution would be to rewatch a couple of the most important episodes or look up recaps), it does actually kinda bother me that they keep forgetting important information (like the fact that all might was quirkless, or the basics of the OFA power) that was told to us so many times, especially in this season

Fellas, all might has no quirk, and midoriya is able to use the other quirks now because it has gotten strong enough over time to where midoriya is the only one with a strong enough one for all to use the other 6, all mights super power is plain one for all

They hinted that in the movie heroes rising the main Villian Nine tried to steal Deku's quirk but he couldn't and figured out that he had multiple quirks as well
That wasn't really hinting it was spoiling which is why I hate parts of that movie. Funimation claimed it took place before the Music Festivel but it took place way after S4 (considering Endeavour had his scar) I wish the movie came out at a later date since there's so much in it that anime onlys didnt know about when watching.

6 Technically. the 1st only quirk was to transfer his quirk to others but it was useless since he didn't have anything, until AFO put his stockpile quirk into him, merging both together (if I remember correctly). so the 1st isn't really usable willingly per-say, but the other 6 quirks deku can use

Any of the super speed, strength, durability etc all comes from the stockpiling quirk. (Stockpiles physical ability of every user and quirks)

Kind of want to add some insight on Monoma. He mentions that Shinso and himself have to rely on unheroic means in order to become heroes. This is why they both have to rely on shit talk to utilize their quirks. Their quirks limit their prospects as they have to use some sneaky means in order to activate their quirks. I also think it makes sense that he has a rivalry with Class A as he was told his entire life that he could never be a hero with his quirk then finally gets into UA only to be upstaged by Class A only because villains just happened to attack that class instead of his class. He has an inferiority complex where people always see him as an inferior copy of someone else and now after working hard to get into UA people see Class B as an inferior copy of Class A. Keep in mind that Monoma is only intense when Class A is around. Every other time he is very supporting of his classmates. Just watch how he supports his friends even after they take losses after the first and fourth matches. Monoma is a guy who knows that he will always be a supporting character and he embraces that role to help his friends. I actually wish Horikoshi would utilize him more on a serious level because he has a lot of potential as an interesting character.

A full explanation of what it is and how One For All works: 1. The first user (All For One's brother) had a quirk "to pass on quirks or transference" which alone is useless. AFO didn't know his young brother had this quirk and in an attempt to make him an ally, forced the "stockpiling" quirk on him. So, the fusion of "transference" + "stockpiling" quirks resulted in the creation of One For All. 2. The base of OFA is to accumulate a lot of energy each time is passed to the next user and naturally this gives them super strength and speed by default. The amount of energy that is accumulated depends of how much each user trained and mastered OFA. 3. When Nana (7th user) gave the quirk to All Might (8th user) who was born quirkless, he basically had a lot of energy accumulated after 7 users and all the power he put in the quirk before giving to Deku who was also quirkless. 4. The power OFA had with All Might was almost enough to beat AFO, but we know that didn't happen. Both got severe damage and injuries after their fight in the past. All Might got that hole in his stomach making him look like how he is right now and AFO lost all his face and a lot of power/quirks he had before. 5. Now it is revealed to us that OFA is continuously growing and finally reached a level where an user can do all the base stuff OFA has to offer plus awakening the quirks of the previous users. Something that never happened before and only now the characters are reacting to it. 6. Deku is the 9th user and since he and All Might were quirkless and excluding the first user, this gives Deku 6 quirks to master and the first one to be awakened is Blackwhip. There is more 5 quirks for Deku to get as he keep mastering OFA until its completion.

Fun fact: Yui kodai (the girl from class 1-B that can make objects bigger), Mt Lady and Uraraka were originally mixed as the same character at some point. This because both of them (Mt lady and Yui kodai) were part of the early prototypes for Uraraka´s character. The original idea for the main girl of the story was a mix between Yui´s character design and personality (reserved girl) and Mt lady´s power and heroine name. After a while, the concept for this original main girl (as well as her heroine name and power) were separated and created Uraraka´s final character concept and two other characters: Yui and Mt lady. That´s why, if you look well you´ll notice that Yui kodai has a similar appearance to Uraraka and a similar power to Mount lady.

I will try my best to explain OFA, and how it evolves. This is speculation. I am not 100% certain, but there are a LOT of good clues. Also brace yourself because this is a read. I am nerdy but I see things like this ALL the time. Deku received the quirk from All-Might, but my guess is Deku didn't receive the full stockpile. Just the core. And he builds his maximum output at the same rate as his control. This is a really complex way of measuring it, and I need to properly scale All-Might as well to do it. So let's start with All-Might. All-Might told Deku you can use 5% of OFA in a conversation right before fighting Shinso for the 1st time. At 1st you would think he meant the 5% full cowling Deku gets later, but he was saying this before Deku had ANY control. So he was actually comparing his 100% to Deku's. Deku's maximum power with JUST the core (or just how he was until he met Gran Torino) was 1/20th of injured All-Might. So that makes injured All-Might 2,000%. Which is absurd. But it makes sense since nothing Deku has done, not even against Omega Overhaul, has been close to All-Might's power. But as crazy as that is, that is INJURED All-Might. Prime All-Might we can guess from Season 1. Right after he beat the 1st Nomu, he said "back in my heyday, 5 hits would've taken that guy. But today it took more than 300 mighty blows." Making Prime All-Might 60 TIMES what we have seen. 120,000%. Freaking INSANITY. Ok. Now Deku is harder. With no control he could completely hallow out buildings without touching them. That is baseline 100%. He got full cowling and went to 5%. But because he never did any training or growth or anything, all I can say is it was the equivalent of putting a lid on the power he already had. And THAT is when he started stockpiling. So 5% was NOT strong. It didn't cause any collateral, didn't really bruise or damage anyone at all, that includes Stain, Muscular, All-Might, and Bakugo. It was JUST maneuverability to anyone with any OUNCE of training. Which was fine because he was next to impossible to hit. (Also by my guess, he can choose which % to fight at if it is BELOW his max control.) Everything changed when he jumped to 8% natural. When he 1st kicked Bakugo, he didn't leave a huge bruise. He left a burn. He started leaving footprint DENTS where he bounced in Nighteye's office. And they have to be dents because he left none on the floor. So it wasn't dirty shoes. And he could literally kick through walls like nothing. A simple jump from 5 to 8 is as Deku described, next to nothing in the long run. Which makes that change jarring. Which is why I think his 100% jumped at the same rate. To figure that out, it's 8/5 which is 1.6, so if it raised at the same rate, Deku's new maximum is 160%. And since we know exactly what he controls, which is 8% we plug that into the new maximum. So Deku when he kicked Bakugo, was 12.8%. Now the burn makes more sense. As do the footprint dents. That's over double the power he was using before. And likely speed as well. Then he started using 20% on the regular. And that level was even more concerning. He couldn't so much as BOUNCE without causing HUGE damage to what he bounced off. The ceiling in Overhaul's hideout when he went for the axe-kick literally snapped into tons of debris which was tons of huge pipes, and judging by what Overhaul did to everything in that fight, that material was NOT something fragile. And he literally stomped on the ground and it stopped one of Overhaul's attacks by making collateral. And then he started SNAPPING full grown trees and covering the surrounding area even after that with literal finger snaps, all without even so much as making direct contact. Just the wind current. That is already getting VERY close to Deku freaking hallowing out the building. 20/8 is 2.5, and you multiply that to 160, and you get 400%. That is Deku at his CURRENT maximum. He controls 20% of that in his finger blasts but 8% for his regular full cowling. His finger blasts are at 80%, and his full cowling he uses is 32%. This is why I brought up that Deku can choose what % he is controlling so long as it is below his maximum control. (against overhaul when he was at 20% full cowling his whole body was at 80% and his infinite 100% with Eri was 400%.) And NOW we can add the extra quirks. It was hurting Deku, but the collateral was about the same rate as his finger blasts. Just coming from ALL over the whips. So it cut through concrete and the huge metal pipes like nothing. So it stands to reason Deku uses an extra quirk at the same level at his maximum control level. Or the same level as his finger snaps. There was no external damage done to Deku through ANY of that mess aside from Uraraka's slap. (Which also speaks VOLUMES on how strong these kids are, and why the teachers never get involved despite collateral. It's because these kids can TAKE that.) This concludes my nerd spiel of scaling the stockpile. I am aware of the theory Deku is just building off of All-Might's 100%. And I am aware of the theory that Deku has to control 100% before he can go passed it. I don't think it is either judging by this INSANE increase of collateral from Deku. And the core is something we need to keep our eyes on and what exactly the time is for. You may want to look back on All-Might's fights from the show and the 1st movie, because there are A LOT of situations when All-Might's OFA use COMPLETELY differs from Deku's. We don't know why he smokes, why he transforms at all, or why when he goes overboard he has that weird half and half look of muscle and deflated. So All-Might may have ALSO had the quirks and may even still have limited use since he STILL has the muscle form. So what do y'all think other than I type too much?
The dub on funimation doesn't have subtitles available usually the first week it releases. So dub subtitles are not possible for them as they literally react to it the day the dub comes out.

While the first 6 episodes of Season 5 does. As I said, the English dub has no English subtitles the week it comes out and that is when the Normies watch it so English subtitles for the English dub is not an options for them unless you want them to wait awhile for them. It helps to think of it like this User 1 - One For All Users 2-4 - Unknown Power User 5 - Blackwhip User 6 - Unknown Power User 7 aka Nana Shimura - Unknown Power User 8 aka All Might - Quirkless User 9 aka Deku - Quirkless Everyone before All Might had some type of Quirk and their genetic memory has been thrown into the stockpile that One For All creates in a body, because so many people have cultivated their bodies to be stronger than the previous holder the quirk itself is strong enough and has matured long enough over the many decades its been passed around that its ready for the whole of the stockpile to be of use. Its like that saying "Fighting with the strength of ten men" but in Deku's case its kind of literal, he really is fighting with the strength of the 8 people that came before him.
@@ManSeekingMeaning I have thought about OFA a lot because I was the only one in my friend group who correctly guessed this would happen when we first got the whole AFO/OFA backstory. Mainly cause I clocked the use of the word "Stockpile" pretty early on. That was such a specific word choice at the time and it dawned on me pretty quickly that when you have a stockpile you put everything into it not just one thing (ie the physical strength) so my brain went; Oh its like avatar, but its their genetic memory not their spiritual one. So the next logical step is the multi quirk ability. Add that to the fact that Deku specifically needed a power that can counter the dude who disintegrates anything he touches, which Blackwhip and Nana's power help to counter. We dont have all the other quirks yet in the manga but the most likely powers are going to be things that are directly helpful in countering the powrs of Shigaraki/AFO.

And he's quirkless like Deku, so Deku won't inherit any power from Toshinori. -To add to the first point, "Superpower" is the stockpiling quirk that All for One transferred to his brother, not knowing that he already had a "transference" quirk of his own. Both of these quirks merged to create One for All. -It's Blackwhip. -Deku is the ninth holder of One for All. Because he and All Might are quirkless, and the first was AfO's brother, he'll have a total of 6 quirks. -Shinso didn't use Bakugo's voice.

It didn't happen to all might because the quirk wasn't finished storing power. Now its stored the max power it can, so the other works will start unlocking

I feel like nobody has mentioned this but Deku's multiple quirks was confirmed in Heroes Rising when Nine tried to steal One for All from Deku and he couldn't because he "didn't have enough room" or something . . .
All Might didn't have a quirk either. The super strength is the base stockpiling power of One For All itself. Also, I think "six more quirks" is an error... The first holder's quirk WAS One For All, which Deku already has. That leaves the 2nd holder, 3rd holder, 4th holder, 6th holder, and Nana... since he already got Black Whip (5th holder), so isn't that only five more quirks?
The first users quirk isnt counted as its not an active quirk which can be used its passive, so in total 7 quirks, Blackwhip, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and finally Nana, remeber the bald dude said you will manifest 6 more, meaning including blackwhip

For Rana's question on the killing part of 1 person making you a criminal and 1 million making you a hero, I believe the hero part refers to the how villians see that person as a hero, just how I took it.
I will clarify some very important details that you guys are fogetting:
1- Deku will inherith 6 quirks (counting blackwhip) not 8 because Deku and All might were quirkless and the First user's quirk is already part of OFA (the power to pass on quirks).
2- Even tho a lot of people already thought about Deku using the past users quirks (it was a very famous theory in the fandom) in this episode it's confirmed that OFA always had the potential to grant the holder the quirks of the past users, but to do that OFA needed to grow and it took 9 holders to do so.
3- All might's spirit is in inside OFA but not completly because he's still alive.
4- The past users dind't talk to all might because they knew that it wasn't the time yet, only until Deku got it and started to grow only then it was time.
well 7 quirks if you wanna get technical since the strength quirk that was given to the First was separate from the stockpiling quirk he already had.

Shinso is not from the business course. There are 4 courses in UA. Hero course, support course (yay Hatsume!), business course, which works on marketing heroes and general studies, where Shinso is. They just have regular high school but at UA.
"Super Strength" wasn't All Might's Quirk, "Super Strength" is just the "base form" of One For All. All Might is Quirkless so he didn't add any quirk into it. But he did add raw power into OFA from wielding and mastering it's base power for a long time.
Super Strength is the combined strength of all users and empowered by OFA.
ofa is like a booster quirk. it boosts your current quirk, when you don't have one it boosts your strength

Why didn't All Might mention it? Because it clearly never happened before. When black whip manifested he was just as shocked as everyone else. For the record Deku will only have eight quirks if you count the stockpile and transfer powers as two different quirks, which they were originally. Deku is the ninth user and All Might was stated to be quirkless. The super strength was just one for all's default ability. If all the other users had quirks then Deku will be getting six new quirks, including black whip. For the record in the manga the bald guy said "all six of our quicks" rather than "six more".
While it was in random order All Might was present with the other past users in vestiges, but he was glowing yellow. Whether this was because he was born quirkless or because he is still alive is unclear.
The quirks are awakening in random order as well, as the bald man wasn't the second or seventh user, the two it would be if it had followed some sort of order. However Deku's subconscious mind might of selected black whip, as it is apparently the one most suited for capturing people, something he was trying to do at the time.

All Might is glowing yellow because he was a perfect vessel for OFA Not having a quirk allowed him to contain it perfectly. A lot of previous successors died young of "Old age". Having OFA and their own quirk proved too much for their body. Meaning people who's quirkless is a good vessel. Deku is also the same but he went beyond that and awakened the quirks of previous successors stored in OFA.

@The Revenant I get that, when you compare Shoto and Bakugo's character growth and development, Deku's own development definitely looks outshined. Not saying Deku hasn't developed as a character, but even from the start he was the embodiment of a good hero, and he had a lot of qualities that a good person has
Unfortunately, that's why most of his character development is about leveling up OFA, instead of actually shifting the character to a new direction or giving Deku layers. He gets stronger but his character doesn't actually get too much better or worse because he's already pretty much complete

But yeah, I do think this is a good direction that the new arc is taking place in, All For One could give him conflict after conflict that could actually challenge his morals and his deepest principles about the hero society that they live in. There's really nothing like that that has ever happened that Deku needed to really wrap himself around that's why he became stale to me even though he does great things. Deku helped develop others but mans hasn't had the same experience for a long ass time. I really hope Hori puts the "perfect hero" boi through the meat grinder, to let us see what kind of "greatest hero" deku really is after being battered and broken down by his biggest threat.

That wasn't really hinting it was spoiling which is why I hate parts of that movie. Funimation claimed it took place before the Music Festivel but it took place way after S4 (considering Endeavour had his scar) I wish the movie came out at a later date since there's so much in it that anime onlys didnt know about when watching.

Kind of want to add some insight on Monoma. He mentions that Shinso and himself have to rely on unheroic means in order to become heroes. This is why they both have to rely on shit talk to utilize their quirks. Their quirks limit their prospects as they have to use some sneaky means in order to activate their quirks. I also think it makes sense that he has a rivalry with Class A as he was told his entire life that he could never be a hero with his quirk then finally gets into UA only to be upstaged by Class A only because villains just happened to attack that class instead of his class. He has an inferiority complex where people always see him as an inferior copy of someone else and now after working hard to get into UA people see Class B as an inferior copy of Class A.
Keep in mind that Monoma is only intense when Class A is around. Every other time he is very supporting of his classmates. Just watch how he supports his friends even after they take losses after the first and fourth matches. Monoma is a guy who knows that he will always be a supporting character and he embraces that role to help his friends. I actually wish Horikoshi would utilize him more on a serious level because he has a lot of potential as an interesting character.
Just wait till next year in season 6 and your really see how badass deku really is

It's like you guys like to be incorrect with everything you say, I think you guys need to rewatch each episodes two times now to understand what you are watching
A full explanation of what it is and how One For All works:
1. The first user (All For One's brother) had a quirk "to pass on quirks or transference" which alone is useless. AFO didn't know his young brother had this quirk and in an attempt to make him an ally, forced the "stockpiling" quirk on him. So, the fusion of "transference" + "stockpiling" quirks resulted in the creation of One For All.
2. The base of OFA is to accumulate a lot of energy each time is passed to the next user and naturally this gives them super strength and speed by default. The amount of energy that is accumulated depends of how much each user trained and mastered OFA.
3. When Nana (7th user) gave the quirk to All Might (8th user) who was born quirkless, he basically had a lot of energy accumulated after 7 users and all the power he put in the quirk before giving to Deku who was also quirkless.
4. The power OFA had with All Might was almost enough to beat AFO, but we know that didn't happen. Both got severe damage and injuries after their fight in the past. All Might got that hole in his stomach making him look like how he is right now and AFO lost all his face and a lot of power/quirks he had before.
5. Now it is revealed to us that OFA is continuously growing and finally reached a level where an user can do all the base stuff OFA has to offer plus awakening the quirks of the previous users. Something that never happened before and only now the characters are reacting to it.
6. Deku is the 9th user and since he and All Might were quirkless and excluding the first user, this gives Deku 6 quirks to master and the first one to be awakened is Blackwhip. There is more 5 quirks for Deku to get as he keep mastering OFA until its completion.

Yui kodai (the girl from class 1-B that can make objects bigger), Mt Lady and Uraraka were originally mixed as the same character at some point. This because both of them (Mt lady and Yui kodai) were part of the early prototypes for Uraraka´s character.
The original idea for the main girl of the story was a mix between Yui´s character design and personality (reserved girl) and Mt lady´s power and heroine name. After a while, the concept for this original main girl (as well as her heroine name and power) were separated and created Uraraka´s final character concept and two other characters: Yui and Mt lady.
That´s why, if you look well you´ll notice that Yui kodai has a similar appearance to Uraraka and a similar power to Mount lady.
Kodai even “Releases” her quirk just like Uraraka.

I will try my best to explain OFA, and how it evolves. This is speculation. I am not 100% certain, but there are a LOT of good clues.
Also brace yourself because this is a read. I am nerdy but I see things like this ALL the time.
Deku received the quirk from All-Might, but my guess is Deku didn't receive the full stockpile. Just the core. And he builds his maximum output at the same rate as his control. This is a really complex way of measuring it, and I need to properly scale All-Might as well to do it.
So let's start with All-Might. All-Might told Deku you can use 5% of OFA in a conversation right before fighting Shinso for the 1st time. At 1st you would think he meant the 5% full cowling Deku gets later, but he was saying this before Deku had ANY control. So he was actually comparing his 100% to Deku's. Deku's maximum power with JUST the core (or just how he was until he met Gran Torino) was 1/20th of injured All-Might. So that makes injured All-Might 2,000%. Which is absurd. But it makes sense since nothing Deku has done, not even against Omega Overhaul, has been close to All-Might's power. But as crazy as that is, that is INJURED All-Might. Prime All-Might we can guess from Season 1. Right after he beat the 1st Nomu, he said "back in my heyday, 5 hits would've taken that guy. But today it took more than 300 mighty blows." Making Prime All-Might 60 TIMES what we have seen. 120,000%. Freaking INSANITY.
Ok. Now Deku is harder. With no control he could completely hallow out buildings without touching them. That is baseline 100%. He got full cowling and went to 5%. But because he never did any training or growth or anything, all I can say is it was the equivalent of putting a lid on the power he already had. And THAT is when he started stockpiling. So 5% was NOT strong. It didn't cause any collateral, didn't really bruise or damage anyone at all, that includes Stain, Muscular, All-Might, and Bakugo. It was JUST maneuverability to anyone with any OUNCE of training. Which was fine because he was next to impossible to hit. (Also by my guess, he can choose which % to fight at if it is BELOW his max control.)
Everything changed when he jumped to 8% natural. When he 1st kicked Bakugo, he didn't leave a huge bruise. He left a burn. He started leaving footprint DENTS where he bounced in Nighteye's office. And they have to be dents because he left none on the floor. So it wasn't dirty shoes. And he could literally kick through walls like nothing. A simple jump from 5 to 8 is as Deku described, next to nothing in the long run. Which makes that change jarring. Which is why I think his 100% jumped at the same rate. To figure that out, it's 8/5 which is 1.6, so if it raised at the same rate, Deku's new maximum is 160%. And since we know exactly what he controls, which is 8% we plug that into the new maximum. So Deku when he kicked Bakugo, was 12.8%. Now the burn makes more sense. As do the footprint dents. That's over double the power he was using before. And likely speed as well.
Then he started using 20% on the regular. And that level was even more concerning. He couldn't so much as BOUNCE without causing HUGE damage to what he bounced off. The ceiling in Overhaul's hideout when he went for the axe-kick literally snapped into tons of debris which was tons of huge pipes, and judging by what Overhaul did to everything in that fight, that material was NOT something fragile. And he literally stomped on the ground and it stopped one of Overhaul's attacks by making collateral. And then he started SNAPPING full grown trees and covering the surrounding area even after that with literal finger snaps, all without even so much as making direct contact. Just the wind current. That is already getting VERY close to Deku freaking hallowing out the building. 20/8 is 2.5, and you multiply that to 160, and you get 400%. That is Deku at his CURRENT maximum. He controls 20% of that in his finger blasts but 8% for his regular full cowling. His finger blasts are at 80%, and his full cowling he uses is 32%. This is why I brought up that Deku can choose what % he is controlling so long as it is below his maximum control. (against overhaul when he was at 20% full cowling his whole body was at 80% and his infinite 100% with Eri was 400%.)
And NOW we can add the extra quirks. It was hurting Deku, but the collateral was about the same rate as his finger blasts. Just coming from ALL over the whips. So it cut through concrete and the huge metal pipes like nothing. So it stands to reason Deku uses an extra quirk at the same level at his maximum control level. Or the same level as his finger snaps. There was no external damage done to Deku through ANY of that mess aside from Uraraka's slap. (Which also speaks VOLUMES on how strong these kids are, and why the teachers never get involved despite collateral. It's because these kids can TAKE that.)
This concludes my nerd spiel of scaling the stockpile. I am aware of the theory Deku is just building off of All-Might's 100%. And I am aware of the theory that Deku has to control 100% before he can go passed it. I don't think it is either judging by this INSANE increase of collateral from Deku. And the core is something we need to keep our eyes on and what exactly the time is for.
You may want to look back on All-Might's fights from the show and the 1st movie, because there are A LOT of situations when All-Might's OFA use COMPLETELY differs from Deku's. We don't know why he smokes, why he transforms at all, or why when he goes overboard he has that weird half and half look of muscle and deflated. So All-Might may have ALSO had the quirks and may even still have limited use since he STILL has the muscle form. So what do y'all think other than I type too much?
Turn on subtitles even with the dub!!! You can do that, its possible. It will help you know what's being said even when you're talking loud
The dub on funimation doesn't have subtitles available usually the first week it releases. So dub subtitles are not possible for them as they literally react to it the day the dub comes out.
Or just switch to sub. Dub is trash

While the first 6 episodes of Season 5 does. As I said, the English dub has no English subtitles the week it comes out and that is when the Normies watch it so English subtitles for the English dub is not an options for them unless you want them to wait awhile for them.

Actually remember that All Might Was Quickless like Deku. So currently Deku has the stockpile quick, which is the strength of One For All and Blackwhip which is from the 5th user. Deku is the 9th user and him and All Might were quirkless so he will have a total of 7 quicks

It helps to think of it like this

Users 2-4 - Unknown Power

User 6 - Unknown Power
User 7 aka Nana Shimura - Unknown Power
User 8 aka All Might - Quirkless
User 9 aka Deku - Quirkless
Everyone before All Might had some type of Quirk and their genetic memory has been thrown into the stockpile that One For All creates in a body, because so many people have cultivated their bodies to be stronger than the previous holder the quirk itself is strong enough and has matured long enough over the many decades its been passed around that its ready for the whole of the stockpile to be of use. Its like that saying "Fighting with the strength of ten men" but in Deku's case its kind of literal, he really is fighting with the strength of the 8 people that came before him.

@@ManSeekingMeaning I have thought about OFA a lot because I was the only one in my friend group who correctly guessed this would happen when we first got the whole AFO/OFA backstory. Mainly cause I clocked the use of the word "Stockpile" pretty early on. That was such a specific word choice at the time and it dawned on me pretty quickly that when you have a stockpile you put everything into it not just one thing (ie the physical strength) so my brain went; Oh its like avatar, but its their genetic memory not their spiritual one. So the next logical step is the multi quirk ability. Add that to the fact that Deku specifically needed a power that can counter the dude who disintegrates anything he touches, which Blackwhip and Nana's power help to counter. We dont have all the other quirks yet in the manga but the most likely powers are going to be things that are directly helpful in countering the powrs of Shigaraki/AFO.

Some points you missed:
-The golden silhouette is All Might, but because he's still alive his spirit doesn't exist within One for All completely. And he's quirkless like Deku, so Deku won't inherit any power from Toshinori.
-To add to the first point, "Superpower" is the stockpiling quirk that All for One transferred to his brother, not knowing that he already had a "transference" quirk of his own. Both of these quirks merged to create One for All.
-It's Blackwhip.
-Deku is the ninth holder of One for All. Because he and All Might are quirkless, and the first was AfO's brother, he'll have a total of 6 quirks.
-Shinso didn't use Bakugo's voice.

All Might didn't have a quirk either. The super strength is the base stockpiling power of One For All itself. Also, I think "six more quirks" is an error... The first holder's quirk WAS One For All, which Deku already has. That leaves the 2nd holder, 3rd holder, 4th holder, 6th holder, and Nana... since he already got Black Whip (5th holder), so isn't that only five more quirks?
The first users quirk isnt counted as its not an active quirk which can be used its passive, so in total 7 quirks, Blackwhip, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and finally Nana, remeber the bald dude said you will manifest 6 more, meaning including blackwhip
