Wow! As a strong advocate for long hair, even I have to say I think the wife will be super pleased. Those gorgeous blues just popped up out of nowhere! The bushiness of the beard was definitely hiding that handsome, square face, as well. Great transformation.

I think long hair is a security to some of us. I knew my long hair did nothing for my looks, was always pulled back in a messy bun and, like he said, hard to sleep with, etc. But when it’s time to cut it…you do stress and feel a sense of loss. Not to mention what life throws at you like the loss of a loved one. Thank goodness there are professionals that can guide you through the process! Skilled hands alleviate an unsure, apprehensive client. I could see his confidence growing during the whole visit. Bravo guys, bravo! 🙌🏻👍

I love this cut. You listened to him and cut with his hair instead of just forcing it into a fade. I will admit I am not a fan of skin fades. This haircut showed this is a good looking man with long or short hair. Good cut.
The long hair and long beard hid the fact that he is very handsome. He looks great. I'm sure his wife was very pleased with the way he looks.
I am hugely NOT a fan of fades! I still think of the best haircuts are the ones from the 80s where a woman can run her fingers through his hair. Today most guys have those buzz cuts which would leave a woman’s fingers to bleed lol. Barbara seem to not know when to stop. I thought he was all done and now he here is shortening the back hairs again. I must sound like an absolute maniac. It’s just that I know exactly how I like a man’s hair and today’s styles are not it.

The hair dresser/barber was an artist. He offered great options and did an amazing job thinking about two to three weeks out what the look would be like. The haircut and beard trimming made this guy look great. So much classier in looks.

I do like that some of the grey is left, if it was a bit shorter on top then it would reduce that hat hair look you can sometimes get. As a woman, his wife will be well pleased to see the man and the cheeky boy come back that she would have known earlier. Excellent technique from the male grooming hair-artist, he is more than the average stylist out there. Consulting with the client during each stage is so important. Everyone has some idea of what they want, then there have been times when with my hair, it gets so much curlier the shorter it goes and the front can’t be cut much more than the tip of my nose as it spring up into ringlets. I am lucky to look around 15 years younger than my age of 58. Especially here in Australia where skin can age on the body without putting in heaps of hydration both internal and external.
I hope he makes a video of his wife’s expression when he walks in to see her. There will be some romance happening for a few weeks to come after the first night❤😊😂

Guy looks 25 years younger. Why men think uncontrolled beard hair is attractive is a mystery to me. The hair of long beards must be cared for much more carefully than regular hair. You look great, guy!

I said: I’m fine. This is my daily face.
Then I was confused and wondering how that person without knowing me could guess I was going through something.

That happened to me once and I'll never forget it. I thought, 'Geez, did I look that bad driving past a bunch of teens playing hoop and skateboarding?' I parked my very nice Ford Clubwagon van and stepped out to walk the beach, off-season. A young man came up to me as soon as I got out and asked, "Ma'am, are you ok?" He startled me but I hastily said, "Yes, I'm ok."
I was anything but. A 10 year marriage was going down the tubes, but I didn't know it showed in my face. I was 100% sober, in case anyone is wondering.
When your face and eyes are puffy and red, it shows. Life is hard. Ups and downs always. Getting back up is the best you can do for yourself, and living to tell the tale.
There’s a sadness in his eyes. Losing a parent or someone you love reflects in your eyes and your in a perpetual state of sorrow. He has to grieve an it’s a process. Took me 10 years to get past my mom’s death, hope he heals in his own time. Kind of nice when someone who doesn’t know you notices that you may just need a kind word or cares enough about others to acknowledge you. That’s rare in this world cause I find most are not self aware nor do most take the time to express concern. You experienced a blessing kind of Gods way of comforting you.

I think that if the hair were cut in a reverse fade, it would look timeless and need less effort and product to maintain.
The inner two- thirds of the moustache allows the lips to be easily kissable. I'm hoping he will allow the outer thirds of the
moustache to grow to handlebar moustache length.
