@@leestuart38 I'm excited to see it. Looks like you've finally got a real good crew there and I'm glad you've got your processes cleaned up, too. It's been inspiring to witness via the toobs. Thanks again.
Came looking for you! I missed this video! Looking forward to getting it watched! But hey, love your content and a big fan! Keep taking care of yourself! Happy New Year!
Thanks for these awesome videos man, you motivated me to start my print shop business. Went from a one station Riley Hopkins press to a 8 screen 6 station. Also just picked up a DTF printer to deal with smaller multi color orders. I’m hoping to go full time next year. Your content has definitely been a huge motivation! Happy holidays🎉
Great video and an interesting topic! Regarding the photo recommendations, I had the same thought about needing a clean background. While taking pictures of some finished products, I found myself thinking, "I really need to clean my garage!" Lol 😂
The apprentice is definitely starting to get get much better.. and I would say a solid B.. not a B- or B+... Not an A though LOL.. keep up the fun vids as always and way to put in the work cheers.
yes - and more material on response. Something that drives me nuts (and it's not just screen printers - it's literally everything from plumbers, contractors, the utility, you name it) is that it seems that people do not have a solid procedure/system for responding to calls, emails, stuff from social media, etc. I don't care if the person answering the phone in a place is a receptionist, the guy on the broom or in shipping, one of the techs, one of the folks on the truck -- but I want a response. The places that seem to do it best seem to have people responding who actually do stuff so you don't get someone saying, 'I don't know; I'll get someone back to you.' THAT drives me nuts.
This 🙌🏻. Having a solid sale procedures is so huge. That's an area that we used to be lacking in but I've made a huge effort towards fixing that the last few months. It's already generated so much more income for us. Once I feel like I have it dialed in I plan to make a video about that
Loved it honestly! I’ve got a question: how do you typically deal with types of shirts/materials for clients? I have a brand I prefer over any other, but clients sometimes have different preferences or smaller budgets - how do you navigate that? Love your videos!
Great question. It's all about simplifying your offerings, cut out as much as you can and give them less options to choose from. I plan on making a whole video about this topic because I've come up with a something that has worked super well for us
At 1:40 What is Brad spraying on the hats and what purpose does it pose? I've been doing hats for years and never used any type of spray other than adhesive to hold patches. I'm intrigued.
B-😂😂😂😂 . Benjamin franklin did not finish school. He was a reason this nation exists, and Pennsylvania University exists by establishing it, he helping create it, originally meant for young adults to be able to I have a chance of high learning. Now it's a prestigious university, hundreds of years old. Not bad for no high-school , 50 would be proud 😅
Curious what brand 100% cotton t-shirts you prefer to use and/or consider the best quality for relatively low cost when buying in bulk?? Gildan is trash and Vertex is trash...so need other ideas
Great video! Thanks! I started my business before I started on UA-cam. Still working on improving my videos and content long term. Build it and they will come!!
F-R-A-N-.... COIS... LOL I give the setup a B+. The order was right, gave time for cooling and all of that, and the only thing he missed was something he didnt know. Cant fault him too hard for that.
No videos for a while unfortunately. Hope Lee had a great Christmas & New Years 🎉
This is the best content you've put out in a while. I love this style, loose and entertaining but effective.
Appreciate the love! This is the direction I want to start pushing things now

I use parchment paper to prevent my palettes from sticking together. I have a dedicated cart for my palettes, and it has been working wonderfully.
True that! Most of my clients come from UA-cam. UA-cam is a search engine. Great video, Lee.
It's always been a huge way to be seen that not many people take advantage of
#Tainoik...I love your stuff too brother, you have been one of my favorites for a long time ! 🙏
thus far word of mouth has been my main producer of new clients. Need to build a youtube presence now... lol

It's just a mist of water, we use that with a cowboy hat brush. It gets rid of the slight presser foot marks on dark hats.
@leestuart38 ah, good tip! Thanks!
You da man Lee!
