Your epoxy seems to be the thickest I've seen on any epoxy channel and your colours stay so vivid,is it generally a thick product or do you just leave it until it really heated up.I tried that a few times with real crappy products and lost my working time,love the channel I'm hooked,big love from the UK. I'd never seen anyone work with apoxy like that. I clicked on it, and watched you smear it with a cut up piece of plastic, cut like a rake on 1 side. I'm from Wisconsin, and it gets cold here. With the greenhouse effect going on, it's warmer than normal. It's not the norm for us to get rain and tornadoes in January and February.

Sand and repour. If it's just the surface you might be able to fix it with a sand and polish. Keep in mind when mixing not to "whip" avoiding those micro bubbles.

We have done a few automotive floors even and airplane hanger and they are holding up very well.
