First, as a side note - love the appropriate use of the term “aesthetic”. Hahahaha! My tween daughter uses it as practically a catchall term and I internally roll my eyes every time she says it (in love, of course). I like the first option a lot and may need to check it out…looks like it might also double as a thing to roll your dice onto (?? Not sure the actual term). Super helpful review, appreciate the detailed callouts!
I use words good. 😆 You're right; I use both as built-in dice trays, too. One side to hold the dice. The smooth / flat side to roll in. Nothing extra to carry around. BAM!
These are really good. I have a 'few' more dice that I like taking with me for solo (got a couple of these large D12 'generator' dice) along with some other dice. And its a little more expensive, but I really like the "GEEKON" padded dice case (specifically the smaller one, they have an 'XL' variant), and it can hold those larger dice while still being chuckable into a bag. Even has a separate dice tray that slides onto the bottom that, even though there's no velcro or anything holding onto it, it still 'sticks' on there to where I feel confident in not losing it. It can even hold my 'extra large' spin down D20 if necessary.
Keep your eyes out for sturdy one-use containers, especially for cotton ear swabs, jam samplers, cellphone boxes, 1/2 dozen-egg boxes, ice-cream tubs - the list goes on once your eyes have been opened. Most of these are strong enough to protect even paper minis.
Really helpful video and cool idea! Good job finding a way to repurpose the 1st case for dice with a cyberpunk aesthetic, it being a hard drive case is very fitting. Love the sticker idea too, I saw that and immediately had the thought, those cases are begging for game stickers, I'm glad you mentioned it later in the video. Going to pick one up for my sci-fi dice. Also, LOL at the fate mill die size, I also picked one up and had the same exact thought as you.
Suggestion: I didn't want the red clamshell so looked for a black one of the same type for the second case, maybe you could add links for a few color options.
@@StagRPG np, for whatever reason mine only shows up with the red option when I click on it, I do see the picture with all the color options in the listing though.

I just looked that up; that's a cool design.

The link included in the description has multiple color options.

I updated the link to include the search.
Way too bougie. Crown Royal bag for life. Seriously, nice finds.
Crown Royal bags are classic. They also work as a flail if you need to defend yourself. Solid choice all around.
ok, where did you get those really cool metal dice
They are this brand but they don't have red in stock; at least they're 50% off for Black Friday. amzn.to/3V8RktH
