According to Samsung, the "Eco" part of the whole "EcoTub clean" is it does NOT need to use any chemical product, like detergent, to clean the tub. So don't use detergent please.
Yes, It's true.
Detergent don't works to clean the Eco tub but it suddenly stops in-between.
So use the special detergent as suggested by yr. Technician for Eco tub cleaning.
You can use clorox/bayclean or any disinfectant

Video is very nice and short..Only useful part was discussed. Thank you for that..I am using the same machine..Only thing I don't understand is, why this wastage of water and electricity ? For echo tub cleaning, it takes 90 minute and takes full quantity of water..I had Whirlpool earlier and also have Bosch front load and none of these machines have this function...Then why ?

My front load samsung machine clearly says to not use detergent with cleaning mode. Because this mode is supposed to remove the residues, adding detergent would defeat the purpose.

Hey. How much does it fill for water level 1 in this washing machine? I usually have a very small load and water level 1 fills way more than half the tub.
Today in my new samsung washing machine i just now try ecu tub cleaning. It is too much water taking process. And long process near about 2hour. Is it necessary for my machine in a month to clean it? How much electric consumption it makes?

My 7kg Samsung fully automatic toploading wobble technology, it's drum does not rotate while washing only pulsater do the job, otherwise in spin mode drum rotates normally

depends on usage, if it's heavy usage you might have to do as indicated by the machine.

Samsung technician told me, you can make the alert off by washing using "quick" mode, with the lowest level of water, and just like eco tube, dont put any detergent or clothes. Just use water.

This is true as Eco Tub Clean is basically to remove scaling and deposits caused due to detergents so one should use either a descaler recommended by Samsung or Simply Vinegar and Luke warm Water.
I've done every step and eco clean is complete but I still have sludge on my washing. Which means that it does not drain completely. Please help

yes u can
No washing powder. Just let the machine clean it its self. Its only meant for water to soak so it can break up any residue within all the small holes. When u put washing powder it defeats the whole point of 'eco tub cleaning.

I stopped the tub cleaning midway cos I needed to leave the house and didnt want to leave any electricty open. However, I dont know howto drain the water. Any insights on that?
Just use spin option and it should drain the water

In our machine for every 30 days the red indicator will alarm us to clean but this time after 50 days there is no notification. My question is shall we clean it for every 30 days or is there any issues for not showing the red indicator of cleaning the drum.
it is ok to clean it periodically without the indicator showing up.
@@Taggers The person who came for demo gave a cleaning powder to clean the drum called SCALEGON ,is it obvious to clean with this powder or can we use normal detergent powder????? If so kindly recomend us which type of detergent powder can we use
you can use regular cleaning powder like surf excel, Rin, etc.

Hi... yes you have to keep the water tap on.. throughout and it would automatically stop once the desired level of water is reached. Actually there is no need to off the tap at all, even when not in use.

most of the function are covered under 75 mins, so you can do it within 90 mins
It Takes 2 drums full upto Level 5. After the second water intake water is not required.

4c means there is no water supply
Remove the water inlet from back of your machine, you will find a metal mesh filter, clean it properly and fix the inlet pipe again. Do this process if you overhead tank has water but i doesn't come to the machine.
