Thanks for the review. I perform in a smallish room and was lugging an amplifier that was far more than I needed for the space. The Flight Tiny6 is just right for my purposes. As an added bonus, we always end with the Chicken Dance and I can BlueTooth it over to the device from my phone.

I really like this little amplifier; it is perfect for a majority of my work, too.

Does this work with passive pickup too?

It would depend on the pickup; I have had some passive pickups that work with an amplifier (no battery) and others that have not. You might have to try it to find out; at worst you would need to buy a small in line preamplifier.

Thanks for this. Interesting. Could you use it for a small electric bass ukulele? Best wishes.

You can, but you can’t make it very loud, as you don’t have a large speaker to handle the bass frequencies. There are Roland Cube models that are made for bass; far larger and more expensive-but better for the job of a bass.

This must be discontinued? I can't find it for sale.

I know it isn’t discontinued, but I do not know what of any models that have been shipped in recent months.

So what cable should you buy to be able to connect your uke to the amp as it’s not included?

Any instrument patch cable. Check out the KLŌS silent cable…expensive but worth the lack of a “pop” when plugging in.
