How to refill a fountain pen converter / cartridge using a syringe (when ink is low in the bottle)

Recently I have become a fountain pens fan. My fountain pen converters no longer reach the ink level in the bottle. To help the situation I bought a syringe + needle set.
This is the second time I refill my fountain pen with a syringe and as you can see it’s super easy. Good luck with yours! :)

recently invested in the fanmu spring syringe. Although you can’t precisely control how much ink you draw in, but it makes this process much more streamlined. The price is a bit steep for a syringe though.

@@ADITYARAJ-ti4gp I'm not sure about the efficiency to draw, but there's a cheap chinese fountain pen brand called "Jinhao"
You should be able to find pens of that brand under 2$
I have no idea what to specifically recommend for drawing purposes fountain pen though.

Newbie here. I’ve been seeing people refill by just sticking the nib inside the bottle but this is so much cleaner on the pen. Duh! Why didn’t I think of this. Thanks!!

Because the feed of the pen also stores ink. So when you fill through the nib, theres a lot more ink in there

Now you can use the TWSBI pipe filler. If you use an international converter, the pipe filler tops the syringe.

Ma'am that is a piston feeler you don't need to use a syringe needle if it's for those plastic cartridge then that is fine but leave at least some space when puting ink in a fountain pen

There is no need to fill the pen through a syringe. There is already an option available on the pen cartridge
