Greetings friend, congratulations, you helped me a lot with the zoom effect in the video since I do not understand English much and it was difficult for me to see the screen what it said ... thank you
MSAA at 4x is more than enough for resolutions above 1920x1080, since it basically renders the game at 4x (or 2x vertically and 2x horizontal) the resolution internally and then squishes it down to your monitor resolution. At 1920x1080, 4x MSAA is basically 3840x2160.
You talking about SSAA, but MSAA works only with edge polygon's, so it's much cheaper than full resolution rendering. But 4x is good spot anyway. Or 2x for old GPU

Hi, tried the photorealistic filter, but after changing it worked one but on the second attempt after changing cars I now have no weather just black skies. Changed back to SOL+ and all ok again. How do I find out what issue of SOL I have?
I'd love to understand what the heck the different reflection settings are (static vs. faces) and the performance impacts.
As I recall it's how often the reflections are updated, more faces means more render passes and therfore more faces means a bigger impact on performance
Greetings friend, congratulations, you helped me a lot with the zoom effect in the video since I do not understand English much and it was difficult for me to see the screen what it said ... thank you
Great video Spats thanks!
I can't find the "Post Process Filter" selector ingame shown in the video. Is this an app?
The photorealistic filter is not working for me for some reason
Did you pay MSRP for that 3080?
Well done, can you do other for VR? Thanks you
I'm also wondering what kind of performance we can get in VR with all this stuff running in the background.
Step 1: Put everything on low settings
Step 2: Cry.
Great video as usual. AC would be perfect with better trees!
I can't find this filter after install, it's not available in the list. Any ideas?
I need help with my shaders patch every time I activate it it crashes my game like I can load it but once I click the game button to get out of pits it freezes and says “unexpected error”
have you corrected your pronounciation of aliasing since this vid bro?
Here i am watching you maxing out all the graphic setting in AC while im still running it on lowest settings but still getting lower than 20 frames
BTW great content👏👏👏
Same here with the new sol. Just can't figure out the issue no matter what settings always running at 20-30 fps.
@@RACER-dz8uh same and im using an rtx 2060 :(
@@toxsaka3561 there's definitely something wrong then. I have a 1660 and it works at 60+ fps
@@peshalaedirisooriya945 oops false alarm nvm, im running at 80 fps.
I've seen a few of these videos and there is something I am still confused by...when you say that this is "in game" it means that you can play the game looking like this?, or you are just testing it in game, but it is only applied to the gameplay in post-processing? because what I am trying to do is to be able to play the game in VR looking photorealistic like this. Any help is appreciated.
Yes you can play it looking like this, it may be a different story with VR as I have no personal experience with it but on a monitor that is how the game looks like while you play.
For me this settings run at 50-60 Fps
Specs : GTX 1060 OC KAFA2
Intel I5 6600
Gskill 2400 4x4 Gb
MSI PRO VDH
Berlin 530W Bronce
My AC is around 200gb big with 155 Tracks and 541 Cars ^^
i bet half of the mods you have are garbage quality
I tried all of these settings but it looked worse😅 maybe my 1060 can’t handle it haha. Would you know minimum spec gpu to run something similar to this? Or what settings to tweak for a lower end card?
bruh obv your 1060 can't handle all of that lol, you can still get the game to look great, this is just an overkill video.
i got a 1060 6gb with a 10 year old i7 and i can play almost max setting in 1080p 60fps with no issue.
You maybe should check your nvidia xontrol panel settings
You are the best my friend. Thanks so much.
I have a cuestion, I hope someone can answer... I've seen in CSP and SOL people have selfreflections on the car, like for example, the car can reflect parts of itself, like un the door you see the reflection of the mirror, or in the trunk the reflection of the wing/spoiler above it... I can't get that to work, I install SOL and CSP and it works fine, but not with that, and I want it so bad ! Can some one help me ?
Just tuning in with the same issue.
i have a question why does my logitech g920 go to the left when i stop a game if i use the newest csp
I came to this video just trying to see if I needed extra stuff to make my minecraft looking assetto corsa look good, and turns out I had everything in low settings for some reason😂

hey, i got a problem with my headlights at night. My headlights are way to bright, not realistic. can you or somebody help me pls?
Do I need to do something to enable the photorealistic filter ?
Im wondering, for the rain on csp. Is that a paid mod? Or is it possible to add rain effects on the csp itself?
You need preview 1.75 which is paid for
@@J4mezlo no you just need patreon version of shaders patch

Nice video but confusing. Why doesn't he mention in the beginning of his several videos about this very subject that it isn't free and one has to pay to have rain. This is the question.
I dont have rain FX how do i get it
can someone help i put on someones graphic preset and now weather is always really gray and foggy. its difficult to see and ive tried changing graphics nothing seems to fix it
I wonder with all these settings, will it need higher PC Spec compared to stock graphic?
Depends on what "stock" is. But yes it would require decent hardware. Meaning current generation or previous at the least I would imagine.
How do I get my sky back? My sky is black. I tried two different maps and it's not there? Is there a file I can just copy to a folder?
Hi Juhsga - Sky being black is always casued by the wrong version of CSP against a newer version of Sol. Best thing is to make sure you have the very latest version of CSP which is 1.75 and above and make sure it is iinstalled corectly.
Hi! I’m having the same issue when using the filter, and my csp is 1.75
What volumetric headlights does?
It creats a more realistic volume on the headlight beam :)
Whats ur wallpaper can you send link for wallpaper engine?
I HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION FOR BLACK SKY AND BLUE MOUNTAINS ERROR AFTER MAXIMISING THE GRAPHICS
Go to settings > Assetto Corsa > Video > Post-Processing > Filter > set to default (the vid recommends to set it to “_Sol Extra”)
I maxed everything on my 5 year old laptop, i had consistent 27 fps thats good enough for me
Thanks for sharing, my graphics are much better thanks to you !
Excellent, thank you
I dont have rain fx what to do?
hello. nice AC dedicated channel really. I have followed your step by step here but any chance to share your CSP preset ini file over here in case I have missed anything?

lol 380 plus fps with refresh rate set to 60hz good job dude lmao
Does this make the game mor lag bcs i have bad pc
most of the pp filters and CSP settings are not a huge impact on fps, except something in CSP settings like local reflection temporal anti aliasing
I'm trying to get a great image on my 1660 Super without pushing it to 100%
100% it's pretty much ideal for gpu ayways
what track is this?
A question is how to get that menu?
Extra FX lowers my FPS by -13 FPS, Extra FX + HBAO+ lowers my AVG by 19 FPS.
I just cannot afford Extra FX with a 1080Ti at 3440x1440 ;(
strange... you set reflections to be rendered 6 faces per frame, but SOL cant handle more than 2 no matter how high end youre stuff is, you basically shown people how to crash their already very unstable AC, thanks.
I've always used more than 2 faces per frame and never had a problem with sol. I don't know what you're talking about.
@@ProNoob109 me as well at first, but as for few months ago my AC become very unstable, i have a modest setup and cranck up my graphics at maximum, like i said, at first everything was dandy, but now days its very unstable, and i still on troubleshooting process, no discord or google is helping, i even read the SOL and CSP manual, on SOL its writen DO NOT use more than 2 faces per frame, so good luck on long tern with those settings.
@@ProNoob109 if you have the partial reprojection enabled in reflections FX (which you should) your just wasting FPS by setting it to 6, 2-3 is ideal
