      I could help with describing colony morphology but there is no way to provide an identification of a bacterium based on *just* the colony morphology.

    From colony morphology can we identify the bacteria name?

      Not usually. There are many different bacteria that have the same or very similar colony morphology. But it is a start and it can be used to exclude certain bacteria. For example, if you were wondering if your bacteria might be Bacillus cereus and you get small, round yellow colonies, they're definitely *not* Bacillus cereus.
