I really like your approach. With the bottom up method I sometimes get vocals to much eq’ed and need to go back. In this top down approach you stay focussed ob the whole picture and dig in where needed. Makes so much sense. Thanks for sharing!
Exactly right! The problem you sound about too much EQ, exactly my reason. Focus on the big picture, let the problems come to you instead of going and looking for them.
