Thanks for your story, Terry!!! I just took mine outta the pkg and trying to figure it out. LIke you, I've been VERY active! but I've been sick for 6 months (fatigue, headaches, weakness, shortness of breath) and tho I never tested (+) for covid, it's beginning to look like that. Anyhow: I want to get off the anti-arrhythmia medication, but am worried about going into flutter, hence the Frontier X. I'm inspired by your story and hoping to get active again real soon!!!! The thing moves around on chest will not give a accurate reading .if your really have a hart problem .you would mention this .sticky pads
