1.follow all the precautions given in my how to prevent pimples
2.apply Tretinoin 0.025 cream just little bit all over face except around eyes n lips alternate day
3.if skin is dry apply cetaphil dam moisturizer during daytime
It will take time but face will surely get clear .just stop everything what you are doing wrong specially coconut oil
Just my guess it may not be true but according to symptoms you have described you May have applied or may be still using some steroid creams?did you?
