Actually it's true, it is a tunnel for vehicles including buses and lorries. He even proposed a cycle bus for cyclists to use it. I've seen the proposals for buses to use the tunnel including a Superloop bus. Hopefully it's finished next year.

A waste of taxpayer money all that could be better used back handlers for the boys at city hall
