I was at a low point in my life, and God asked me what was the matter?I told him I was lonely. So he asked what I wanted .I said a wife. He said fine. I met her that afternoon. I proposed the same night and asked her father for her hand, they both thought I was crazy. But God don't make mistakes!
That was 44 years ago and we're still married.

God told me I would marry my husband minutes after I saw him! Today, we've been married over 44 yrs, have 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren! Hallelujah!

I began to go into deep prayer and over a span of weeks i asked God to give me a wife and was very specific. I asked him to make it clear to me beyond a shadow of a doubt. There was a female friend who was a co-worker. I began to get close to her and i prayed for God to show me if she was supposed to be my girlfriend. The next day at work, everyone, including people i didn't know started asking how my girlfriend was. A little time passed and i prayed again asking God to let me know if she was to be my wife. Only a day or two later at work again, everyone, even people i didn't know, began to ask, how my wife was doing and asking me if she was my wife, when they had never done so before. We are now happily married with an amazing son. I am truly blessed and grateful 😊 Thank you Jesus
I got my husband from God, too, 38 years ago. I had asked Him to send me the man of His choice. When I met him, I looked at him strangely and it was as if a spot light was on him. It's hard to explain. I still love him soooooooooo much! People, always ask the Lord to send you the spouse of HIS choice. Trust me.

When my dad used to go to a particular church he sat a couple of rows behind a lady that at the time had a newborn and no husband ( she was a widow) i didn't know. I pointed at her and i felt strongly in my heart to tell my dad, that woman is going to be your next wife. He said, what?, And i repeated it. 2 months later they got married. Now that newborn is 23 and married himself . He is the sweetest brother I've ever known. God knew what he was doing.

You say that but then you end up in your 50s, 60s, 70s alone and childless. Let's see if you still have that same positivity when you're old and alone waiting on a promise that was never too be.

@@DonTheJugglingMaster2020well my choices never amounted to anything. The few times I tried to have a relationship it lasted less than a week with one of the girls leaving for another girl. At this point it doesn't matter anymore. No girl wants me and there's nothing I can do to change that. At nearly 33 its too late.

🙋🏾♀️ Me and my hubby worked at the same place for a whole year before I noticed him. Forward to 2004, he asked me out on a date, we went to the movies. The moment he put his arm around my shoulder I heard a voice inside of me that said "this is going to be your husband". I cut all contacts with guys that liked me and focused on him only. We've been married 16 years and have 3 kids now.

I met the woman whom my heart desired way back in 2017 during our leadership training and I had this breath prayer saying to the Lord, "If it is your will for me to get married, Lord, I want to marry a godly woman like her." Then 5 years later we met again at the church they pioneered. The Holy Spirit told me that my season will shift by 2022, and the Lord also told her the same thing then we got into a relationship and got engaged a few months later in a divine and miraculous way. God gave us both a Word, visions, and dreams, we fasted about it, and ask for signs and wonders that cannot be manipulated by humans and everything was all given by the Lord. The Lord gave us a promise and a purpose for it, it is for His glory and the harvest. And by God's grace, we will get married next year for His glory!
Every time I think about how the Lord ordained our love story, all I can see is His grace, love, and favor. All from Him and all for Him. All glory to Jesus!
my question is how did the holy spirit and god tell you when you would meet your wife?, what signs did they show you or how did they tell you, was it random thoughts, was it a dream, was it a video, how exactly did the holy spirit tell you???

I was never told who to marry, but the first time I met my husband we both had a feeling like we knew each other which was a confirmation; and we just celebrated our 12 years of marriage, 18 years of friendships and 3 beautiful children 🙏

The Lord did the same with my husband. Met him on Christmas night and on the next day the Lord told him I was his wife and I had it confirmed in my heart as well. It's been 4.5 years now ❤

I knew the day I met my husband back in 1999. He was the one who God created for me. God told me and him. We met, fell in love and had 21 years of a beautiful marriage. The Lord called him home in 2021. I know everything works according to the perfect plan of God. I’m so thankful I listened and he listened to the Holy Spirit. Marriage is beautiful. I still thank God for allowing me to spend those years together with him.

Amen, I walked into a place where I wanted a job and behind the counter with her back turned away from me I heard, your going to marry that one. Then I turn to my friend and told him I'm going to date that girl. He looked at me and said no way. Lol . A week later that girl and I went on a date and I never left. We're married till this day, 22 years together so far and with Christ in our marriage it will continue to get better. Thanks David 🙏.. God bless.

@@ashleyfarley5091 Sometimes through a vision, you will have this split second that will make you see or look, or even hear from the Holy Ghost, it was supernatural, and our minds had nothing to say but only the Holy Ghost, that's why do not think who it is, the Holy Ghost Himself will speak to you or show you.
But if you dream about the certain someone, proposing to you or he's just there in the dream, it doesn't mean that he is the one, especially if you are not interested with that person. Most of the time the people who dreamed about someone, they didn't end up with that person. We must learn how to interpret dreams very well so we will not be fooled easily.
However, if you did not receive anything from the two, rest assured. God gave you the power to choose who to marry. If you are a woman, choose a man that you respect or think highly of or you value. And this man must have Godly character and is a true lover of Christ. Because he can never love you unless he loves Christ. For men are built to give love while women are built to give respect.

For 26years I prayed for a husband and I kept dreaming about him in many different ways until I Saw him clearly in the dream until I met him posting preachings on Facebook I was drawn to him without seeing each other 4months talking to him God was speaking to him about me and God was talking to me about him until we received confirmation from God and he asked me to marry him and we got married Thank you Jesus for your loving kindness and iam blessed to have a blessing of a husband God knows how to give good no matter what we go through God is in control of our marriage Amen
I prayed to God on my knees and asked him for the opportunity to be married to a godly woman. I knew that I could not pick her that if there were 20 righteous women in a room and one unrighteous woman I would be drawn to the unrighteous woman. I told him that I was going to go to sleep where women were concerned, and that he would need to wake me up when he brought her to me. I prayed for eight things/qualities that I would love her to possess.
Six years later he woke me up. In our first conversation she rattled off six of the eight things that I prayed for like she had been standing outside my window the night that I prayed to God. Within two weeks the other two were confirmed. We were married six months later. That was 17 years ago.
There is not a day that I don’t think God for my wife. Just knowing that he picked her for me makes it even better. It also comes with a tremendous responsibility that I eagerly accept.
I’m 74 and am lonely as my Mum, sister and brother all passed away in the last 5 years and I got left behind all by myself. I’ve never been married. Could I possibly be so lucky. I would do my best.🥰❤️♥️💕💝❣️

This is my experience. The Holy Spirit pointed out my wife to me. My wife said God was pointing me out to her at the same time too and we both weren't speaking.

I struggle with loneliness but God has told me he does have someone in store for me. I just have to trust him through the process of waiting. It’s not easy but I’m going to wait and trust God with his plan for my life bc he’s always there.

Oddly, I had much the same experience. I had friends who brought her to my place and both of us knew immediately. I told my supervisor that next day, and he thought I was crazy. She told her family the same day, and they thought she was crazy. We've been married now for 36 years.

My parents had a similar experience when they met.
When my mom shook my dad’s hand for the first time when meeting, a voice in her head spoke very clearly saying: “This one is a keeper.” That was God.
And before they even met, my dad’s friend told him before hand that when he saw her, he was going to want to marry her. Truly amazing.

Very true I met my husband with God's intersection. I had many proposals but I couldn't Marry. Then I prayed for a spiritual man and fasted on Fridays then after few months on Tuesdays too. And God guided me to my husband. N shockingly we got married exactly one year after my husband attended a one week Christian meditation in which he said he would give a testimony if he gets married in a year. And he quit alcohol.Praise the Lord . Jesus was raising both of us to a holy marriage.

When I met my husband we were at a bus stop and I felt and heard something say give him 3 dollars I did not question it I gave him 3$ and we talked and exchanged numbers we were friends for like 4 years I was in a really abusive relationship so I left my abuser for don the man I believe God told me to give the 3$ to we were so in love and 2 years later we married! A man at church told others that God said I'd be his wife. He's not at all someone I'm comfortable to be around. I was sad that God would choose someone the opposite of what I prayed for. I rebuked the lies the enemy was trying to use around this situation. A week later I realized that I wasn't bothered by it any longer. I realized this person was false. I'm still waiting for the one right for me. I will not settle for less than God's best.

This happened to me. August 2002. First day of high school. I got off the bus, and he was standing there in the commons area. I'd never met him. But I saw him, and I felt the Holy Spirit for the first time, and I whispered, "That's gonna be my husband" like the words just came out of my face. Nobody heard me. Oddest feeling ever. I felt like a weirdo, embarrassed at myself. As I walked past him, I couldn't look him in the face. I hoped he didn't notice me. I was not saved at the time, but I prayed for a husband with specific details when I was struggling with toxic marriages in my family and relationships with classmates in middle school. So we've been married 16yrs. He's everything I prayed for.

But I'm glad up to this point cause all my past relationships where lacking God, so now I'm waiting for the Lord , and I will only consider being with some1 only if the Lord is 1st in there life like the Lord is in mine.. and so I have some1 in mind its my pastors son n we r the same age but I don't think he's interested in me... but I'm too shy... n I wana hang out with him out of church but don't wana scare him off...n maybe he's not who God intended for me so I'm just waiting...and waiting...n waiting.. lol

I kept fighting the feeling for 6/7 years because of a bad previous relationship. We just celebrated our 19th Anniversary on September 27 2022. I couldn't make it without Her. She is the Perfect Help Mate. I Thank GOD for Her daily.
I agree! Every story is written differently. I met someone who God has confirmed through different ways he is my Godly husband. I don’t know if he knows yet. But I did have that inner peace when I met him for the first time. Didn’t think of it much. But my sis in Christ said don’t you notice something. I believe God wants me to wait until my Godly husband confirms it to me. And that this will happen soon. Pray for me as I wait on God to unfold this love story ❤
God definitely told me and confirmed it to me several times who I was to marry. It was so amazing how He brought us together in a way that only He could have done it. I waited 6 1/2 years while being celibate for the right one, the one God had in mind for me and my husband was soooo totally worthless the wait. We have been married 2 1/2 beautiful years now and we are raising our children together in a blended family. Glory be to God!!

My story so far:
(on a Friday)
One late night while I was on my bed, I was thinking of someone within my circle who would be fitting to pursue as a spouse. As I thought of girl named Jazzy, I couldn't think further of another girl. My mind was stuck on her name and couldn't think of another girl as I tried. Her name was loud on my mind and heart. As I never experienced such a thing, I asked God if this was him.

The next day I asked her family members (younger cousin and older sister) if it's okay to ask her out. Her older sister said I should take it slow.
(on a Sunday)
But before I knew it, her younger cousin (my roommate) told me she was coming over that night. It almost seemed as if God was leading the situation. When she came over, she mentioned I looked handsome, and I told her she looked beautiful. I got to cook her a small meal as she was hungry. Her cousin went to sleep and I ended up spending alone time with her.
When she left, I walked her to the bus stop. I took that opportunity to tell her "this might sound weird, but God put your name on my heart and I think I'm supposed to ask you out." She ended up saying she didn't want to date and wanted to focus on school.
I later took it as God helping me get over my fear of rejection. I was great full and told God I would wait until he put another name on my heart.
A view month later, I felt our friendship got affected and she was scared to give me false hope. I called her to tell her to not be scared and that in hindsight I believed God was helping me overcome my fear for rejection and I'm now waiting for the next moment God puts a name on my heart.
She said I didnt reject you but meant it when she needed time to finish school. Even though it gave me some kind of hope, I knew I had to submit it back to God.
And now just waiting for God to finish this story 😊
Hello there ... beautiful story. What I've learnt though, is not to ask a person out by telling them God said. But instead to go to God and ask him "God if this is from you, please reveal it to her too" that way you don't manipulate their God given right to decide. Wishing you the very best.

I had a similar story with my husband. We did not know each other, absolutely nothing, and the holy spirit shows me that we was the man of my life, the one that God had for me. Some days after we know each other and he had the same confirmation. Now we have 4 years married. God can do it, as he have done with many of their son until now
The lord told my husband I was his wife!! He asked for a confirmation 3 times cause He didn't wanna make a mistake you know So He told me "The Lord told me you are my wife" would you marry me? I said yes ❤. We look for the presence of God everything day because He is the guide, He is everything and without him we couldn't do anything.

It's okay!! You are adequate in Jesus! The Lord is your God, there is nothing more you shall want! God can bless you with money, a wife/husband, car, etc. all day but at the END of the day, He is the only One you need! You never know, maybe His plan was to keep you alone to fulfill a bigger destiny! Either way, patience is a virtue from God and this a a good way to practice that and never loose hope! That's God. I Believe that's what happened to Me too. I Met my Husband in the Grocery Store in 2002. Twenty years later We got Married. He understood what I ask Him and was willing to wait all those years for Me. We got Married 2023. I'm Very Happy to know that I Am His Wife and have a Great Man.
My boyfriend of 4 years broke up with me a few months ago bc I began to develop my relationship with Jesus and seriously pursue His plans and purposes for my life. He was Catholic when we started dating but became atheist. I’m almost 25 and all I want is to be a wife and a mom. I’ve grown so much spiritually without my ex, but I am so lonely. Praying God brings me my husband.
God will bring you the husband HE has for you as you continue to put HIM first and allow HIM to bring it to pass for HIS Honor and Glory 🙏🏽😊🙌🏾
It may be a while. I’m not sure, but I have a hunch I know who God wants me to be with. She chose another man, and I suspect part of the reason for picking him was her impatience. I was not yet ready to date anyone, or at least didn’t feel ready.

I'm praying that's true for me!! I've been single almost 18 years. I raised two daughters, put them through college, and both are married now.
