I work in an environment where my daily job is forecasting and planning but I never thought about it in an HR aspect and how that plays a part in an organizations success. Very interesting topic. I learned a lot from this video!
Awesome! Yeah, you can plan all you like, but unless you line up the right talent at the right time in the right place at the right price then none of those plans will go very far. And you know what, you were likely hired as a result of good planning and forecasting!
It takes a lot to figure things out in HR. I wonder if it cost more hire an individual or terminate an employee. HR needs to examine people close and figure if they want to move up in rank or have another position in the company. Great things to look into. This video is very insightful.
It can be. People and their talents generate revenue, so by extention HR is part of this. However, if this is a test question I suspect this is a misleading question. It's connected, but not part of HR planning directly--usually
Learning more and more about the HR side of things. Nicely done!

'Revenue forecasting is a part HR planning'. Is this statement correct or wrong?

Laying off sounds very stressful.
