This reiki session was recommended by one of my subscribers and I am really pleased to be sharing it with you. In this video we will be releasing any blocks or resistance to abundance and achieving goals. I will be using a tuning fork set to the frequency of 528Hz which is said to be the frequency of love and of miracles. It is also believed to repair DNA and cell damage. I will also be using gemstones, enochian symbols (the ancient language of angels) and reciting some Latin. This healing session will be carried out to the soothing sound of a rainstorm.

I love the progression, using breathing relaxation and the candle.
I don't think I am alone in enjoying ritual meditation.
The ritual aspect focuses the attention and guides us into the process.
