Since they placed Taliban back in power... with the help of Chinese and Iran... they just finished the railroad system across Afghanistan this past 2yrs, with the help of the Chinese... they are working on Roads, water dams, and other infrastructure around the country. Thank God they left that poor country...
I can't really see how the Russian invasion of Afghanistan was any help, why did they resist Russian invasion, one eyed mullahs blasted their ass out of Afghanistan and eventually the dismantling of the Soviet Union.
