You are misinformed. Anyone can’t join the FBI. It’s a branch of government that requires untouchable intelligence. However, they really should hire a unit for special task that are time consuming. For example determining whether a poster is a bot or a real person, building profiles on individuals that are less likely to be involved but they have to be sure, investigating their own staff, planting bugs and wire taps…It’s the little stuff that keeps them behind. Investigating one person for years.

This is the first ad for employment I've ever seen where the requirements actually fit the job.
I need to mention that the prison system also lowered their standards for correctional officers from around 1990 to 2000. After numerous incidents making it to the public, the standards were raised again.
I lived in a small town where troppers worked with young men who where mental ,i know they harrassed me all the time ,it stopped when i talked to the local judge face to face.the same thing continues.
