Hi, thank you for the information. I just "saw", no pun intended, a video on an R255 TBL+ model. Evidentally, that model is only available in the U.K. In that video, the commenter installed the side extension rail onto the back of the saw, as an outfeed support. Can that be done with this model as well? Thanks again for your review.
The saw really isn’t designed for a dado stack, as the arbor is too short. I have used a limited dado, meaning that I was only cutting a 5/16” slot. It handled that fine and would probably have gone a bit wider without any problem, But there’s no way that you could fit a full 3/4” wide dado stack on the arbor.
@@sawinery-woodworking thank you for the reply. I do not really need a new saw but I’m like you. I really like the slider option with the older craftsman saw I do have Will except my dad stack and I use it often so it’s not definitive yet. Thank you again.

I have the same saw and I agree with everything you said. I liked your tip using the speed square to get accurate cuts.
Thanks for the review. Very comprehensive. Helped me make up my mind - getting one. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful! Hope you get a lot of use out of it!
