Amazing manufacturing and brand. I own an Acoustic Signature Merlin table, great table too but I definitely have my sight on a future upgrade to the Kuzma Stabi R 👍 thanks for sharing the video
It's because of your glowing review of the 4Point9 that I now I have my end-game tonearm Michael. And it's because of your glowing review of the Lyra Titan i that I now have my end-game cartridge. Wow, fanboy much?? :-). When do we get to see the video of you speaking at the retail space?
I have always been impressed with this company's tone arm , but the good stuff was always looking unnecessarily expensive, at least in my American market. Not that they were alone in this. I am glad they are also making record spinners of good design, because I think the bluebird tonearms are going to change the industry. And hopefullly some prices , when product becomes less competitive. I used to think they were market and design leaders, and that was only why they could command such high prices, in comparison to other high precision manufacturing in the free world.
Puts a face to my email about azimuth - a frankly direct response - No, that is not how to set azimuth! Do it this way. A greatly appreciated direct and clear instruction.
Hello Michael I'm having problems nothing usual there😂 can you help! or somebody! I've got this turntable I repaired for a friend. so I checked the spindle to Pivot what is 215mm and arm effective length 246.1mm, and something's not matching up!! I've tried to use the vinyl engine calculator and the measurements are just way off to what the arm is at 215mm p-s I'm going to go with the Technic specifications, but even when I put that in the calculator gives me different figures to what it says on the net, what I'm assuming it's correct!? The calculator doesn't give me the figures I need is there a better calculator out there? it is an s-shaped arm but I think measuring the effective length is the same? overhang should be 15mm but that's not giving me that in the calculator either it's around about 17.38, its combobulating the whole thing I'm not sure what's going on here. The guy's been moaning I've had it for weeks now and I need to get it back to him, and I need to get this arm sorted, it means cutting the tube and I need to make sure this is correct before doing that, if I go with the Technic specifications what is 215mm spindle to Pivot it says??? assuming that's correct if anybody knows exactly leave it in the comments. Supposed to be 215mm affected length 232.35mm?? I'm going by the Lofgren b. Thanks!!
Those numbers cannot be correct. A 30+ inch overhang is excessive. For instance Pro-Ject 9" arm has a 212mm p2S distance, an overhang of 18mm and an effective length of 230mm. An arm with a 215mm P2S distance should have similar measurements. What arm is it?????
@@trackingangle929 no it's not going to be 30 plus inches overhang!!! that's longer than the arm😂 at the moment it's got 15mm overhang. The problem I'm having is when I put the spindle distance at 215 it's not giving me anywhere in effective length it is! but the overhang is correct. at the moment I just can't understand the figures just don't add up! in the calculator.? you trust that calculator on vinyl engine? Do you know of another one? Michael do you know what the effective length of Technics sl 1200 arm is, and spindle to Pivot ? supposed to be 215mm on the 1200 Mk 2 to 5 and 230mm effective length. that's what the net is telling me is this correct? because the calculator is not even give me the correct finger on overhang saying it's over 17 mm, as I said when I put those fingers in. What's the guy at Wally tools I might leave him a comment.
@@trackingangle929 Your Rode mics are set to send to separate tracks so you end up with voices at extremel eft & right which is very distracting when the interviewee is in the middle of frame. I use these mics - so I know that you can set the receiver to combine the channels to mono, or you could probably do it in the editing software.

Thank you for another wonderful look inside an impressive audio company's facilities. I love the look of those tonearms!
The team at Kuzma are great folks. Terrific products.
Absolutely fascinating ! Thanks for doing this Michael F !!!
Yep, these are serious machines. Good to see Kuzma getting its due, would love to hear them someday.
I really enjoy these tours
Thanks Michael. We can't go but you (Lucky Dog) get to and we benefit.
Thank you for another great look into the space where the magic happens.
Kuzma arms are fantastic.
Beautiful turntables.
Thank you Michael for this visit to Kuzma. Bellissimo!
I had always wanted to demo one of these. But I love my Nottingham TT's
Wow 👌👌 super video, great 🎼🎼✨✨ ಅದ್ಬುತ 💞💞💞

Michael, thanks from Russia!
I made one out of the leftover plumbing pipe. Works great
Thank you that was great.
Technics and kuzma fabric is day and night but sound is night and day
I‘m using Kuzma Stabi SD 9 with AC Power Supply, It's an amazing turntable. It starts low and you can update it smoothly to get a better sound.
@@wolper2155 it's a common phenomenon, because they are belt-driving turntables

In fact, yes.
Sounds like a 1960s stereo effects record 😆
What does?

it's nice that human hearing is inescapably subjective, and what you think you hear is your only reality.
Not so nice to look at. Asymmetrical and chunky.
